L.I went in yesterday fpr my first time around half 6 and was Greeted by a very polite gentleman. I explained I wanted some quality walking boots at a fair price and he was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge on the boots. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything but he was more than happy to help. I then decided I wanted a rain mac so also guided me through the different types on offer. The whole time I felt like he really wanted to help without feeling pressured to buy which made me want to spend more because of the positive experience. I ended up walking out with some really good boots, a rain mac and a new drinks bottle. I'll definitely be returning in the future.
