J. P.I visited the shop yesterday with some shoes I’d bought online which I really liked but didn’t seem to fit right. Fraser at The Springs branch was incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable about the different types of shoe and how they should fit your feet, and was able to help me find the right pair and exchange them. The best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in a long time. So helpful, thank you.

A. S.Just wanted to share that this shop has only opened recently, but the address currently listed on Google is not correct - it's actually on the new retail park called The Springs (next door to Fat Face). If you put the postcode listed into your sat nav it takes you to the wrong place.
I have just been here with my 9 year old to get some things she needed for forest school and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My daughter wanted a different colour walking boot to the one she tried on in store, so they kindly checked available stock at local branches and rang to reserve them for us. Thank you!

There is not a good signal in Thorpe retail park for BT or EE users (I don't know about other providers), so it's difficult to price-compare the goods when in stores - It's best to get an idea of what you want and prices before shopping in the retail park.
