I have been so impressed with the customer service you get from Chris and his staff. Not only when you are purchasing good but when you phone for a assistance and advice. Nothing is to much trouble. On one occasion I bought a grift for a friend way in advance of his birthday and several months afterward when it became apparent that the grift was not suitable I asked if I could return the used grift. There not a moments hesitation. I can not recommend this shop highly enough.

If I could give a higher rating I would. Was looking at purchasing the new pulsar XQ50 and looking at a new scope. All I can say is Chris bent over backwards to help, showing me products and giving me the pros and cons of each. Purchased the pulsar and settled on a new scope which he fitted for me and ended up walking away with a new stock too! Exceptionally happy and would highly recommend to anyone. i have always used swillington shooting supplies for as long as i can remember, certainly a lot more after my wife bought me a BSA supersport, shortly after they where first launched, for my 30th birthday from linsley brothers in leeds city centre, soon after they closed & moved to harrogate. that was 26 years ago. a no brainer to use a local gun shop, i certainly was not going out of my way to harrogate. andy, vick big chris & little chris, and all the staff have always been very helpful, both for air rifle equipment & section 2 items. don`t know where all this negative feedback comes from, regarding drinking tea, everyone is entitled to a tea break. keep up the good work swillington shooting supplies.
