I ordered online and chose "estimated 3-5 days delivery", late on a Saturday, so I totally accepted that I would wait more than 5 days, as it's "estimated" and the Parcel Force website said they had all sorts of delays at this time. When it arrived with the wrong batteries (7.4v/1100mA instead of 11.1v/1100mA) ...easily done!) I called and spoke with Chris, he was amazingly professional and helpful from start to finish! So much so, that I went straight back to their website and added a load of accessories which he said he'll try to add to the courier delivery with the correct batteries in a few days. Thanks again Chris. (FYI this is my first Google review. I was so impressed that I actually bothered to take the time!!)

Disappointing experience. Ordered online, no contact except a conformation , I call up after 10 days for them to tell me they don't even have the item I've ordered and they wont be getting one anytime soon. However they dealt with the call very quickly and professionally and processed the refund immediately. Nice staff just need more contact after the order is placed.

Just bought a WE F226 and mags from them. Good choice of items online and in-store (having visited to play in The Department). When originally ordering my pistol I rang up to check my defence, which the Store Manager answered and took the time to check if it was still in stock while I was on the phone (a little thing that could have resulted in me buying it there and then so good upselling strategy in their part!) When the pistol was dispatched I had a order query about my Parcelforce tracking details which they resolved on the phone, when I rang them I was spoken to a very professional and friendly manner. Turns out is a quirk of the parcels being picked up which wasn`t an issue, but again it wasn`t too much trouble for me to ring them up and clarify it. I additionally emailed them about it (before phoning) and got a good response back. Good customer service from the guys there! Definately be buying more kit from you! The Department CQB Site Review: The onsite parking being as small as it is the only little niggle (out of the guys control due to the land around the shop etc which is fine) but there is public parking opposite (closing at 9PM I believe). Fun small CQB site, friendly marshals who were also firm in enforcing rules and expectations. The fact they do mid-week evening games for me is a huge bonus! Nice to come after work and play bb warz. Not much else to say really. Go for yourself and see! Will be attending again!

I bought a mystery box and it came through quick and on time so good point there what I recieved was a bag off BBS another good point and a kydex grenade holster good point then it's all bad I afraid 3 smoke grenades and 2 launchers which my local site won't allow I did email them to mention about this but obviously never seen it so it came through bad for me the only saving grace was a friend offered to buy it off me so I only lost the price of shipping tbh to extreme airsoft they did say return it for a refund but then I would of lost out more which ain't what the idea is lol the website is a little misleading as they say they will supply you things that u would want but in my eyes 1 use items ain't really things that you would really want but that's just me lol would I buy another?I not sure because this has really put me off and dear it only to get worse so my advise think before you spend as if u only want smokes and launchers it would be cheaper to buy them separately

Drove down to Extreme Airsoft today from Chesterfield after finding out they were the only ones with the G&G TR16 556 WH gun I wanted in stock. Coincidentally, they were £20 cheaper than everyone else too. Plus a free bag of BBs. Great welcome, excellent service and good advice on alternative comparable products. Can't fault them. I recently bought a gun from Extreme Airsoft online. The price was great and the gun fitted what I needed (kickback). It arrived quickly. I initially had an issue with the gun, getting my tracer fitted, which meant that the outside of the gun became scuffed. This was due to a manufacturing issue and not Extreme Airsoft. However, I eventually got it fitted and was looking forward to using the gun. Due to COVID, I couldn't get into my local site to play with the gun for just over a month. On my first proper skirmish with the gun I noticed a misfiring issue, whereby BBs would get stuck in the inner barrel. I contacted Extreme Airsoft who offered me assistance even though the 30 day warranty period had expired. The company were very understanding and took the gun back to examine it, despite there being some visible damage to the front end. The store manager, Chris, and Lee, one of the co-owners, were very responsive and helpful during the return process. They were very understanding of my perspective as the customer and arranged an exchange. My new gun was quickly sent out and I am now looking forward to trying this out at my next skirmish. Thanks again Extreme Airsoft for having a heart and going the extra mile for your customers.

From a well stocked store with friendly, knowledgeable (and completely non-pushy) staff to a well-designed CQB site with a great atmosphere, helpful marshals and welcoming players the experience has been excellent and really helped make the decision about whether airsoft was for us.

Edit : It took a week and i finally got my refund, upping the review to 3 stars as they did manage to get it done, but still far from a great experience. Currently giving 1 star, willing to change it if anything gets done. Ordered a Winchester on pre-order in September of 2019 and got told multiple different dates to expect it, finally gave up and asked for a refund and got told it won't be a problem, that was over a month ago, reached out via email, phone call, and even Facebook messenger and got told multiple times that someone else will deal with it, no follow up on anything. Currently disappointed with a website that looked really good, hoping they can fix this problem and i can trust them to buy from them again.

I ordered a rifle on September the 11th, as my first ever airsoft purchase. I'd never done anything online before so I was a bit hesitant at first, however the customer support was amazing. I was getting worried due to the fact it had been 10 days, but I called up extremeairsoft and they described the reasoning behind the delay, and reassured me that it would be sent out for delivery in a day or two. They told me my rifle was being two-toned and was waiting to be dry, hence the delay. Ignore the other reviews regarding online purchase, they were clearly very busy due to covid. Their customer service has been amazing and im truly grateful.

Great service if you’re in store. Solid advice, very competitive pricing and willing to spend time explaining options. Sadly, service over email and phone seems like a completely opposite experience. No response to email and communication about orders out of stock and warranty replacements non-existent. Focus on the non face-to-face service guys and you can be one of the best in the country.

The guys at the site are great. This was my first time at the site coming from Norwich with some friends. This place was recommended for great atmosphere, dynamic games and amazing staff. The staff helped me pick out my first AEG with no pressure on prices or upselling for what I didn't need. All knowable and interested in what they're selling and running. The game map has been done very well, led for very interested gameplay. Will be making the 3 hour journey at least once a month from now on. Can't rate them high enough.

From my own experience - there were a couple of issues involving the delivery, but after an email and a phone call, the missing items were sent to me the next day. Very cheep, great customer service and UK based. I just bought my first Airsoft sniper from them and I was a little concerned because it was taking a long time to arrive so I called them up and got straight through to a pleasant man who explained that the rifle I ordered was out of stock and they had emailed me previously to offer my money back or a different selection. As I am fairly happy with the choice I have made I chose to wait for it to arrive and too my surprise he offered to throw in an additional bottle of BBs.

Gorgeous guns, excellent customer care. Patcel Force managed to cock up the delivery of my item and I got on the phone and spoke to them at 11am on a Thursday morning. Got home from work that night and my Wildhog was waiting for me. If you have a problem just call them and Lee goes out of his way to sort you out.
