Friendly and helpful staff, good selection

I visited the store the other day and was pleasantly surprised, we had been to other outdoor shops in town and what a waste of time they were! I was only in the store 5 minutes and the girl who served us (I think it was Louise?) picked out the most suitable pair of walking shoes for me, and they were spot on! We'll come straight to North Face in future!

Great quality and great prices. Friendly staff who had a joke with me and I would like to get a part time job there if I could but j don't know. Recommend all North Face gear to anyone doing anything. Quality is the best word for them.

So I bought a coat about 2 months ago, the zip kept getting caught and then it broke and couldn’t get it back to normal and it had split so we took it back and was kindly given a replacement but the replacements zip broke aswell! The coat was £250 and I didn’t expect this. It is lovely coat and normally don’t have any faults with anything I’ve brought from there except this.

Just wanted to share what amazing customer service I received from Rhian. She helped me select the correct sized bag and had all sorts of useful information to share. I had no idea that the North Face do price match, I had went to blacks earlier and they didnt have what I wanted. Thankfully, they did and also price matched for me. If you need any kind of help speak to her. Happy Days!

Would have given this a 5* Rating however they are short of staff, during peak hours the queue does get longer as expected however there is long wait for practically everything, from being served st the cashiers to get help or advice from Staff. Normally I do not shop in store in regards to this but due to the quality of the materials from The North Face I'd still tell tell truth and be honest.. I do not recommend to go in north face store because you rather go JD if available or order online since it would save you the hassle from being ignored or time being wasted
