Absolutely brilliant experience today - met these guys at last year's dive show! Great selection of kit at brilliant prices ... first time visiting their shop today. Called yesterday to see if they had some cylinders in stock; they didn't however they got them delivered in time for me to collect today. Very well stocked shop with great service. Worth the journey up and will be visiting them again!!!

Could not fault one bit. Staff very helpful and friendly. Even delayed his lunch to help us.. A strap snapped on the day of us getting my son some fins. They could not be more helpful and apologetic. Replaced the strap and gave us a spare free of charge. Thanks will be back when we have passed our padi open water.

lovely place to visit, lovely drive to get to, medium size car park, food smelt lovely prices reasonable, we went in the evening lake was beautiful, They do scuba diving classes/training there with several items in the water for the divers to search, (helicopter, sub, cars). on clear days I have been told you can see these. Also can use jet-ski on the lake.

Great place for diving, student or qualified divers alike. Can get busy but if you join their membership scheme, on of the perks is the ability to pre-book waterside parking spaces for £10. Given the large rear carpark makes unloading and kitting up harder, so worth the outlay tbh.

I've had polar opposite experiences with the staff here, some have been a bit rude, but most are quite helpful and friendly. The shop is very well stocked and prices are average to slightly above average (but its a captive audience so not unsurprising). The instructors have had courses with have been great.

Well stocked dive shop with decent prices, right next to Stoney Cove scuba diving quarry. The shop stocks wet suits, dry suits, dive knives, scuba masks, snorkels, fins, buoyancy aids, 1st and 2nd stage regulators, navigation equipment such as compasses, strapping, torches, clips, dive computers and many other essential scuba diving accessories. Many of these items are stocked in a variety of colours and sizes, by a selection of well known scuba equipment brands. Prices are fair for a retail store and some sales undercut online prices also. The shop also is a point of rental for the dive site, which is predominantly PADI. Shop staff seem helpful and knowledgeable. If you are near by in stoney cove and are looking for some new diving equipment or are interested in seeing what is available to divers then stopping by this place is a good idea. The car park for the shop is a few mins walk away, on the left as you are coming onto the road with the shop. The car park nearest to the shop is for dive groups.

Poor queueing system for car park and no signs instructing new people visiting where to go. No kitting up areas next to the water. New wrecks needed as they have plenty of space for them. Need more to see at 35m. Staff are ok and do a great job on the rescue boat. The items in the shop seemed to be aimed at new divers. The whole place in general is ok, but I get the impression that they don't want to work on any improvements aimed towards the already qualified to keep them coming. It seems like they take if for granted that there will be a steady stream of students coming through the gate. I feel it needs more communication from management to the regular divers who do visit for a dive with friends. An example of this will be how Vobster operates.

I ordered a dive computer which I wanted next day delivery. Underwater World were helpful in organising this. The item arrived next day at 1000 AM and at a great price. The lady that I dealt with over the telephone to arrange the next day delivery was as efficiennt as she was charming. 1st class! Thank you Underwater World x

Nicely designed shop, puts you in the mood of being on holiday with all the pieces set around the shop between the items for sale. Staff that served me were nice and helpful and prices weren't too bad either.
