M. S.Excellent customer service. Was running late due to traffic, but kept store open a bit past the closing time to accommodate me.
The representative was very friendly and offered great advice on what string to choose for my racket, what tension to set at and what grips to use. Answered all of my questions, and helpfully guided me from a beginner's perspective. Looking forward to picking up my re-strung racket.
I will be using Withers Sports for all of badminton needs from now!
S. I.Great sporting shop for badminton and tennis, selling bags, clothes, shuttles, racquets, grips. They also do restringing here for only £15. The owners are great, and always helpful, been coming to this shop for years now.

James was very helpful with picking out the right racket for your needs in-store, and was very friendly in the process. The hitting wall is also fantastic to get a feel for the racket before you buy. They were also very helpful over email when I was interested in a racket weight matching, and it was there and back perfectly matched within a week. Delivery was fast when I ordered online and they have a great range of rackets online and in-store.
Would highly recommend if your interested in purchasing anything to do with tennis, or need specialist advice and quality service.

Whether it comes to choosing the right racket, specific customisation, strings or equipment the staff are able to provide invaluable infomation to help you chose the right equipment which much ourweighs the benafits of going to partially cheaper large online retailers.
Despite living in London Withers is my go to shop for tennis equipment. Infact I recently managed to get my hands on the 2020 Roland Garros Wilson Blade (an exclusive racket which is virtually impossible to source online). Which was strung to my specific specifications (Withers offer a highly commendable stringing service of superior quality ) and sent out on next day delivery the following day.
