Great service from start to finish at Peloton - John Lewis Liverpool. Booked in for a Bike Fit, easy to book and staff were really helpful, I exchanged messages with Dan to confirm booking and they were great when I had to rearrange appointment time. At the appointment Lauren and Jamie were great, Lauren explained what the session would consist of, examined my cleats and made some adjustments, then went through the Bike Fit process. I'm looking forward to seeing the impact of the changes recommended. Thanks all

Great experience at Peleton in John Lewis, Liverpool. Jamie & Lauren were fantastic and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I have had a peloton bike + since May last year. I love my bike and the whole peloton experience, I felt though that I didn’t have the measurements correctly on my bike as I was hunching over as I was cycling. I booked in for a bike fitting at John Lewis, Liverpool. The staff were amazing from start to finish, explaining everything clearly to me, gave me the correct measurements for my bike and even measured and fixed my cleats on my shoes. I even tried out the tread which is on my wishlist! I highly recommend peloton team Liverpool, they’ve been excellent from start to finish (especially Leah).

Went for bike fitting at John Lewis in Liverpool, two staff were amazing, the pleats were in the wrong position which where corrected and i had been riding with everything in the wrong position, the staff don’t rush you either and made sure I was happy with everything, said to go back any time if need another fitting
