Staff always seem cheery, & seem to be fans of the team.
Online shopping has its merits, but for me, physically seeing items, is preferable. The in-store selection smaller than the "Superstore", but they will order anything that's not available/out of stock. There is also a free "Click & Collect" service (avoiding p&p charges for online sales, under a certain amount).
I like knowing that merchandise is official. Buying directly from the company also maximises their profit margin.
