Huge selection of all things adidas. Were greeted at the entrance and signposted to relevant departments. Helpful staff. Managed to get 2 football jerseys which were sold out everywhere, had them both personalised with all the correct badges and numbers. Ordered other stuff online with instore collection. Big shoutout to Hollie for all her help.

Best shoe shop on Oxford Street, It's the only shop that always has size 8 or 8.5 in stock. Staff are nice and in particular Peter who is knowledgeable about the impact the correct shoe size or width can have on comfort and posture. Peter is thorough and provides outstanding customer service.

Shiny new Adidas flagship store on Oxford Street, right across the street from Selfridges. A good place to see new arrivals, but maybe not the best store if you’re looking for some specific model as they only have a limited range (the women one being the most limited one). All in all, I was not impressed.

I visited this store early one morning before heading out for the day of sightseeing. The staff was very helpful and. Ended up purchasing several pieces of workout clothes. The store itself is concerned about conservation of the earth’s resources and has several examples of plastic usage throughout the store. I highly recommend!

Not too crowded for the Friday afternoon. They have now include an Olympic session at the entrance that displayed all the Great Britain jersey and gear. Maybe less relevant when we all shop online, but maybe I am old fast. I still fell good to see the real thing before ordering anything online.

Brilliant Adidas store! Huge and outstanding! Very atmospheric and I've always enjoyed shopping here. I mostly shop online now on the Adidas website due to their 30% student discount (Adidas please never get rid of this) but I always come here when I go to Oxford Street. The customer service is excellent and the lady who assisted me with my shopping has an excellent product knowledge and provided me with excellent recommendations and she was very caring and enthusiastic. I don't know her name but it was some Spanish lady. All the staff are friendly and helpful. A great, vast product range here and the store is well organised and clean. It looks great and much better than Nike Town! I've been a regular Adidas customer my whole life and they are better than Nike. There are various styles and colours for everything and there will be something to suit you and your flair. Huge queues today as many people are purchasing Manchester United Kits with Ronaldo 7 on the back. Being a huge United fan myself, I was slightly disappointed that my size was unavailable on all three kits but I'll definitely keep checking online! However, this Adidas store is always well stocked and the staff are always at hand to help you and theyll so everything in their power to get you the item you desire. Overall, an excellent Adidas store and I definitely recommend that you shop here!

Disappointed that the flagship store do not stock their "FiveTen" range of MTB shoes ( the reception guy didn't even know they existed. ) Would however commend the upstairs staff who were able to confirm they could get in my selection of MTB shoes for fitting at no extra charge.

This is where you go for all things Adidas. Spread over 4 floors, a few minutes walk away from Bond Street Tube station and literally across the road from shopping heaven Selfridges, Adidas' London flagship store has everything you need for you lifestyle looks and sorting needs. Need new running gear? They've got you covered. Need new football boots? No problem. Just wanna look cool with new clothes in front of your mates? No problem. The vibe is really stylish too so if you if you just want to wander around, it's a very cool customer experience. There's an underground vibe to it which I love with DJ House music playing. Nothing bad to say here, just visit and have a browser, it's a good experience.

The reason of the 3 stars is because for a flagstore the amount of shoes that they have is very limited. You can find everything online but not in the store that is in heart of London. I am not sure if they do it on purpose in order to push people to online shopping but everytime i go there in order to buy something i leave with empty hands. On the other side the amount of staff that walking around is plenty! That is not bad because they employee people but come on make the store more attractive!

Friendly staffs. but some staff had mis-understanding about their policty (I'm not sure who was correct) I visted on Thursday for customisation, and staff asked to bring my own stuff. So I bring it my stuff on Friday. but another staff told me that they don't privde the customsation on my stuff. And also online coupon are not availble to use at offline stores. This makes me impossible use my vouchers at offlines stores.

If adidas is your thing this is a worthy temple dedicated to the brand. Cutting edge store architecture and design, friendly sales staff and a huge cross section of goods, replete with ping pong table and sneaker repair service in the basement.

A brand new Adidas flagship store on Oxford Street, opened in October 2019. Four floors with lots of sneakers, clothing, exhibitions from Adidas's history, and lots of very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Lots of nice little touches, inc lots of exclusive London shirts, an area where you can personalise clothing with transfers, and a drinking fountain where you can refill your water bottle. & Look out for the giant shoes on the bus stops outside - very creative!

I went to store few days ago, Staff was helpful and professional but I didn't like Adidas policy of not accepting returns of items bought online. When I bought the items I didn't know that and in store even explained how long took me to get items due to delivery delays nothing could be done. So I advise Adidas to change that as I bought online to save me time but if I have to return I would like to do it in store so I can try on to end the cycle, saving time.

Not very busy but the service was lacking. I don't like pushy sales people, only been in the shop 2 mins and was approached being asked can I help you, let me look first and I'll let you know. But when I did need a sales person I had to go look for one only to get slight attitude because it seemed I disturbed him from rearranging trainers on the display wall. I told where I'd be sat and he snapped back " yeah I'll find you " The trainers were to broad for my taste and I told the assistant this and he snapped again saying" that's the fashion " and rudely walked away. So my score is based on my experience and the customer service I recieved. Adidas please do better. There seemed to be a tour on at the time which seemed more important than your customers.

Really good for sports wear and of course in this weather thermals although temperature has not dropped too much yet. I really like their sports stuff. The staff are pretty laid back in the shop and do not hassle you giving you "browsing time" which I like. The only problem is when they get busy it is hard to find a sales assistant. Go in there and guarantee you will spend double the time you originally intended. Not the best shopper in the world, like this store plenty of space and overall good.

Great range of sports wear. I went in to checkout the Ultra Boost shoes. I was served by two staff members that explained to me everything out the product and let me try on the shoe and run on a treadmill for a test. They don't give you the hardsell, so you're not under any pressure to buy.

Polite and friendly. My personal experience and assistance from Andreas (downstairs, shoe section) was very prompt. I simply approached, asked specific questions in mind, and was responded to very helpfully. If you dont ask and expect to be waited on then complain maybe you should shop elsewhere. Shame this shop didn't have the expected type of boots I was looking for but was told I could go online, order for test wearing at Adidas Oxford Street and decide from there, easy!

I am a big fan of Adidas and I wear their stuff daily at my gym. However this shop is not doing them any favour. Staff is very nice but the store is very messy without a clear layout and without giving you the cool luxury environment you need to shell out significant money for a running shirt... They pale by comparison with the shopping experience of Nike on Oxford Circus despite carrying probably better products...

This one is a Adidas brand store in Oxford street. They have a wide variety of sports apparel and shoes .you can also get your name printed on a t shirt of your choice by paying some 10 pounds to 20 pounds.

Popped in here to check out the new flagship Primeknit 2.0 boots. The staff were helpful but maybe not the most knowledgable bunch. This store carries a lot of the newest products and the displays (whilst not uo to Nike Town standards) are good.
