I have always bought their products online. Didn’t know they now have a store in Piccadilly Circus. What a cool shop! Great staff and customer service. I was served by Ian. He also gave me few samples of Arc’teryx coffee at the check out chill. They also had few products in the shop that were out of stock online. I found what I wanted. Their changing rooms are big enough to hold a house party 😁 Check out this place. You won’t be disappointed..😎👊🏽

Marco went above and beyond and gave me an awesome shopping experience. The security tag was left on my jacket and I was leaving for a flight early the next morning. After calling the store Marco told me not to worry and personally made his way to where I was staying to remove the security tag!! MIND BLOWN!! Some amazing people working there - Thanks!!

My favorite place in London. I got all my gears there The insulate hard shell I got there works superbly in Iceland. No matter how strong wind blows and rains, it keeps me dry in Iceland!!! The base layer keeps me warm and comfortable while I was climbing a glacier the other day! The brand is one of my favorites for sure

Mike from Arcteryx London is an absolute legend. When looking for a jacket, he invited me to the store and despite not having my size, he advised me in what I should go for. In the end I bought a jacket from their online store with his guidance and I must say - it's the best fitting jacket I've ever owned, fits like a glove. Apart for the pleasant chat, he also gave me a promo code for a gift from the online store. Best experience ever, hands down!

Friendly staff and good choice of clothes/shoes/accessories. I bought a pair of hiking shoes which I tested a week later on the Dolomites and didn't disappoint. A bit pricey but worth a go if you are looking for quality gear and clothing!

Premium price for a premium product. Use the store to determine the size, but don't expect them to stock all colours in all sizes. The guy who helped me was very knowledgable, and gave me excellent advice. Thanks to him I ended up buying a different jacket, which was more suitable to my needs (thorium instead of cerium lt). This is more of a review of the online store for Arc'teryx. It's incredible. I ordered about £1000 worth of items it came in 2 days from Germany. I tried them all on. The ones I liked I kept and if I didn't like them I packed them back and free posted them through the free returns service and in another 2 days I got my refund for the unwanted products. Really fast and efficient service. I do love Arc'teryx products too! Definition try them out if you haven't already.

Best store in the entirety of UK for outdoor gear of course made by the best manufacture as well. The store was nice and clean and the staff were extremely knowledgeable about the products both which were available on the store or arcteryx website. Cannot recommend enough.

It is an eye opening experience to visit the Arc'teryx Piccadilly store. The experience of the store sales supervisor, Marco, is very helpful and knowledgeable and above all totally honest in discussing ranges of products. He is able to highlight the benefits and certain small shortcomings of various products. Very unusual insight from the supervisor. Anyone who wishes to visit the store will be richly rewarded to try wearing many different garments and appreciate the level of skills required to make them. A truly worthwhile visit!

The store is fine but as has been mentioned in other reviews, their selection and stock (especially for a flagship) is really limited. Wanted to try on a Gamma LT hoody but was told it’s not stocked in winter which is ridiculous to anyone who layers clothing. Next out of stock on any decent sized Bora2 Mid and no idea when it might get restocked, that was it for me. Love their stuff but this store is disappointing for enthusiasts

It's a fairly big store since it's the flagship. It stocks most of their products though they were limited in their colour options for a few of the tops. The staff were pretty helpful and happy to check for you regardless.
