Clean and friendly. Conveniently located near Marble Arch (NOT on Regents Street as previously). Didn’t have the range of badminton shoes I was looking for so was a bit disappointed and took a pair that was functional but not really my style. Online store was also sold out of all my sizes!

First of all the address is wrong on google maps! This shop is next to primark on oxford street and not where google map takes you! It was not very busy n no greetings or welcomes at the entrance by the staff. Overall, all was correct but a great absence of smiles. Staff looked unhappy.... but did the job! I wish them a lot of good luck.

I had a very positive experience on my recent visit to ASICS Store Marble Arch. The young man who helped me - Daniel P. - was very informative and very helpful. He spent much time to make sure that I got shoes that really helped my walking. I purchased Kayanos, and they have made a huge difference for me. I have not had any more back pain after walking. I wish I had bought them several years ago.

Absolutely must visit store if you are runner! Firstly, they have the best laboratory in London that fully analyses your running style, and based on that - they help you pick the best shoe for your style. Danny the manager was very helpful, and together we picked the best shoe that I am extremely satisfied with! 100% recommended! We walked in to take a look to a pair of good running shoes. Cristina, the shop assistant who helped us, was incredible. She helped us understand our step style (pronation/overpronation/supination) and advised us which products would suit us best depending on our training routines. I was choosing new ASICS in the shop, wanted to replace my old ones. The shop assistant wasn’t very enthusiastic or active. It felt like he can care less if I buy something or not. I bought trainers in ASIC shops before and had a great experience but on that day it just felt the customer service went downhill after lockdown. The shop also lack the stock and many models were missing. I bought new ASICS but overall had very mediocre experience in the shop.

Needed advice on some trainers and was fortunate enough to be served by the lovely Amy, she was friendly and had a vast knowledge of each shoe and which ones were right for my husband. She knew when we talked about an old pair he had, what they were even though she was only 18 and they were nearly as old as her ! She doesnt work at Oxford street but was helping out from the O2, she should definately be a flagship store employee. She was a credit.

Descent running shoe selection though why on Earth does a shoe company run exercise classes? The classes are mediocre and even though free you give up 40 mins of your time for poor choreography!!!

Outstanding service!!! I am not a big runners so I needed advice about understanding my feet and the type of shoes. I spoke to a tall guy explaining him my issue with shoes. He payed attention gave me some advice and also explain the company policy about returns and guarantee. He then sent me downstairs where two lovely girls welcomed me. I was served by Abi. She was super nice, very knowledgeable, listened to my needs and offered to do the treadmill test. Everything was clear and easy,I know now which shoes I need. I'll come back soon! Never received such an outstanding service in a sports shop!!!!!!

I dealt with James and I told him I had a problem with plantar fasciitus, and straightaway he recommended the right trainer for me. This backed up all my research about my condition perfectly. Did the running test last week on treadmill in store with staff member Tanya. She was super. Very professional helped me to understand what my gate is like. We tested a few different support systems and found the perfect one for my unique running needs. Returned to store this week to buy my trainers and again super happy with friendly and helpful staff Sophia was efficient and courteous and went out of her way to get me the trainers in a colour I would love. Wow. What great service. Honestly - if you need running shoes, this is the place to go. The very helpful and patient salesman had me on the treadmill a few times with different shoes on, with sensors strapped to the shoes to measure various metrics. So I was confident I was buying the best shoe for my running style. Very nice staff in there, keen to help.

Fantastic customer service. I didn't have to wait to be served at all and the staff are very knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. Unfortunately I had some problems with my Asics trainers 6 weeks later and didn't have my paper receipt so expected a fight to get replacements, but again, the customer service was fantastic, they accepted my credit card statement and promptly replaced my trainers and gave me good advice. A pleasant shopping experience, which isn't easy to find in Oxford Circus!

Needed a new pair or running shoes and have always used the ASICS brand. Very friendly staff and a special mention to Marina who took the time to find me the right type of shoes after performing the gait analysis and advising me what would suit me best for my running needs. Excellent: walked in with family today not intending to buy new running shoes. However the range was very attractive and the assistant is knowledgable. She noticed that I needed extra support and helped me try out different shoes until I found the perfect pair. Although it is more expensive than the typical high street store experience the expertise is worth it. Recommended to all serious runners.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. My Dad got his running gait mapped to pick the best trainers for him to run in. He's been feeling some pain in his right heel. We thought his old trainers werent doing him any favours and we were right. He tried 3 different trainers to see which was best for him. He ran on a treadmill with sensors on his feet and his back. The process was explained to him properly and after every run his results were explained to him. He was given a print out with all his results to show him which trainers were best for him. He picked the trainers that showed 98% improvement. He is really happy with his new trainers & is back in the gym today.

I cannot stress how amazing the staff were. They knew the answers to every question I had and was able to provide three samples of shoes to try. They made sure I had the right size a comfortable fit and was so extremely pleasant . Best trainer shopping experience I have ever had.

I went into the store on a cold January evening. I was warmly greeted by Emma who went above and beyond to find me the most perfect of fit shoes to suit my personal foot criteria. Previously I’d been to store roughly 2 years ago & recalled the treadmill running analaysis of my feet which I relayed to Emma. She then found me the right size, model & colour that was exceptional underfoot. The only thing better than the shoe fit itself was the spectacular service. The attention to detail was quality with the end result being a happy customer walking away with a product that will deliver for the shoe span life cycle of a year to 18months to come. I was even made aware to keep the box along with the receipt for a month after purchase for a full exchange to a new, better shoe if these didn’t work. This visit had 5 stars written all over it.

The best thing about this so is they are the only place to offer 90 days for you to return if the trainers are not right for you. My wife had 2 pairs before realising what she needed. This is better than any other sports shop. Staff are super helpful.

Very helpful staff. Trying the running machine to find the best shoes for you is a fun experience, not sure how much of a gimmick vs actually being useful it is but I did it and bought the recommended shoes.

Superb. I typically go into stores, buy the trainers I like the look of and walk out within 10 minutes. I stumbled across this store and while casually browsing saw some very cool looking technology for foot analysis which the assistant Fernando was only too happy to show me. By the end of all the tests Fernando took me through the best options for running trainers based on the analysis. I now have the most comfortable trainers I've ever had. The time taken by Fernando really showed attention to detail with lots of great advice. This was an experience where paying a bit more is more than worth it based on the expertise received. Well done and thank you Fernando and Asics.

Awesome shop. I discovered I over probate when I made the classic mistake of ordering a pair of Nike’s based on what they look like.... BIG mistake! I had painful shins after one run and decided to speak to the pro’s! I was tested in various shoes on the treadmill and measuring facilities they have. At the end it was concluded that the Kayano 24’s were best suited for me. I was helped by Tabita and she was fantastic. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Don’t make the same mistake as me! Very knowledgable staff they spent an hour and half with me trying to find the best running shoes using their gait analysis video system. Didn't feel pressured at all which is not what you expect from a shop on Oxford Street. OK you are paying full price as it is a company store but even so service was well worth the extra.

Women's - today's staff in women's department, not very knowledgeable, didn't seem to know their range or what was on website v store. The best shop assistants are those that love the product and have experience using it, I am not sure these ladies were particularly sporty at all. As an asics fan, I seemed to know more about, track, walking, hiking, grip, duomax, gortex. I talked to the customer looking for walking shoes! Let's hope it was just the end of a busy day.
