M. I.What a fantastic store. Everything you could possibly want from Dainese is here with a great selection of AGV helmets. Great selection of raw suits (tailor made/custom options too), leathers, textiles for all types of riding from adventure to cities, gloves, boots, armour, air jackets and casual. Seen additional stock of other sports such as cycling apparel too. The service is superb, the staff will give you honest advice and will provide you with all the time you need. There bike spaces in front and side of the shop. If you are a Rossi fan you will be happy, plenty here to pay homage to the legend.
g. q.I loved everything about this incredible store - They have very cool motorcycles inside and I was able to sit and test my new shoes on a custom CCM!!! Liz and Mario were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful-
They provide lockers for your helmet and bags, spacious changing rooms, upstairs and downstairs. Overall the shop was spotlessly clean- Highly recommend for any riders -

Spent few good hours trying to find my first suit helped by Dainese’s staff. Mario has been very caring and gave me more than few different suit and jackets to try on, together with riding boots and protective gear. Mario also gave me tons of advice on how to properly wear the equipment and replied to the thousands questions I was asking without never loosing the smile, always super polite and showing very good knowledge of the products! The quality of the merchandise is fantastic and goes from beginner to professional level. I ended up buying a beautiful Dainese jackets and will definitely come back to buy the rest of the gear!
100% satisfied and definitely suggest to pay this Store a visit!

J. M.Visited the store on a few occasions. By the end of it, leaving with my first 1 piece leather suit, boots and gloves. Needed a bit of altering on the suit and they couldn’t have recommended anyone better for the job!
They helped me every step of the way, no hesitation with answering endless questions and more than willing to help. They have a very welcoming team with huge knowledge and patience. The store is also incredible! Must be the best in London!! They have lockers for your helmet, great changing rooms, upstairs and downstairs and a bike to sit on and test the comfort of your gear.
Recently had my first experience on track and the gear I purchased from Dainese has just been amazingly comfortable, so really happy with that!

A. P.I have been to the store 2 weeks ago and bought a full kit. I was served by Liz. It was a lovely experience. I only wanted to buy the trousers but then, with the right assistance, decided to buy everything I in fact needed for a quality motorcycling experience. I was very happy there was a variety of sizing and styles for female riders available. It can often be difficult to buy quality gear that also looks right for a woman. I was very pleased. It is a great place to go to if you want to see the full selection of all the clothing and shoes Dainese sells. There are also AGV helmets there. There are a couple of motorcycles fixed permanently to the ground. You can sit on them and see how your gear looks on a bike. It is a great attraction.

D. B.I have always loved the styling of the Dainese one piece suits but I had no idea what my size was. So I decided to call the London Dainese store (I spoke with Tomasz on the phone) to come in for a sizing.
Took the train down (if you are biking down, there is a free parking right in front of the store for motorcycles) and I met up with the crew (Dale was my wing man all day). He took me around the store and was very professional and patient. I tried out various sizes and finally with his advise and experience, I settled for the Laguna Seca 4 Race suit. It was a perfect size and they were having 30% off the marked price (happy days).
So what was my personal experience?
I loved their customer service and professionalism. Dale and Thomasz were helpful throughout and they were very patient with me every step of the way. Dale also made sure I got the perfect size and Thomasz explained everything I needed to know about the one piece suit.
So all in all, I did not just buy a Dainese suit but I ended up making two friends after my visit.

Being completely new to motorbike, I had a rough idea on what to get but she was super friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through the whole head-to-toes experience advising about what to get and what to avoid based on my needs and it was definitely one of the best experience in store ever. Dainese was already my go-to brand before, now I am totally hooked! I will go again with my motorbike friends soon! 🏍
N.As soon as you walk in to the store you are welcomed by friendly staff who are welcoming and knowledgable about their products.
I brought my first two piece suite and the staff members there (can’t remember their names but one male with a South African accent and a female with a Australian accent) couldn’t of been more helpful!
They were patient whilst I tried on a variety of leathers and helped me chose what’s best suited for me.
Very clean store with a massive selection and I would recommend any biker to visit the store!

O. B.I went to Dainese on Commercial Street for a custom fit race suit, great experience and can not wait for the leathers to arrive.
What happens:
- Fitting is about 2 hours, they offer 9am and 7pm slots
- Bring your track kit ; boots, armour, gloves etc...
- Every measurement is noted down (I broke my knee cap & shoulder so my joints are not uniform size, they aloud for extra room in these areas)
- Colour / materials finalised
- 15 week wait time
Top tip :
There is free bike parking and a cracking Thai place opposite. Get yourself booked in for dinner and make an evening of it.

E. B.Went there this afternoon with the intention of buying a 2 piece leather suit. Mission accomplished.
When I've tried on leathers before (in other shops), I've struggled to find pieces which fit properly and which zip together correctly. Also the bike shops closer to me don't show any interest in advising their customers or seem particularly bothered about ever selling anything.
Staff at the Dainese shop are sincerely very helpful and are friendly, without being obsequious (it puts me off a shop when staff are sycophantic). No doubt I'll shop there again.
J. H.As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by staff, Dale showed me some jackets that I liked and helped me with the sizes,made sure the jacket fitted properly in the right places. Showed me a round the store and showed me the customisation section, I left there with a new jacket (with added back protector) and t-shirt! But the best part of all was the customer service ! One of the best customer service approaches from store workers I've ever had!!! Will definitely be back to get more bike gear!!

London motorcycle shops have mostly become a lot like hard-sell American car-dealerships, but this store is how things should be: calm, friendly, helpful and educated staff and a great selection with plenty of extra sizes. F. S.They have an amazing selection and sizes in store. Pretty much like online, but you can touch, feel and try on whatever you like. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the products and they have made to measure products and even a motorcycle to sit on with the gear you try on to make sure it’s the right size/fit you buy.

He explained the benefits of each jackets, the plus and negatives but also regarding the fit, so I went for the 56 rather then 58 as I wasn't allowing for the give in the leather and moulding over time. Brilliant stuff and left with new jacket and very happy .
O. B.Brilliant. I was looking for my first one piece and wanted to get sized up correctly. The staff were brilliant, arrived, got shown round the store whilst enjoying a nice coffee. Talked through the options then was give 3-4 to try on for size. Not rushed, hassled or forced into anything other than a tight suit. They even have a bunch of beautiful bikes for you to sit on a see how they will feel in a riding position. Could not ask for more. Also - they kit is lovely.
