Gefen's stringing service is unbeatable and their customer service is much the same. Have used their services 3 times in the past month and been blown away by the speed of restringing as well as how responsive and proactive they are in dealing with any queries I have. Great value on other products too and I am saving money buying tennis balls here.

Phoned Gefen about a problem with a tennis racket (that I had bought a couple of years ago elsewhere). Although they said it wasn't possible to repair it, the person I spoke to took the time to explain what had probably gone wrong with it. If your looking for one on one personal service look no further than Gefen Sports. Was there 21.3.19 @ 9.30. Opened on time and was very polite. Gave me top advice on purchasing a new badminton racket. Asked my budget and accommodated that. I ended up purchasing 2. Highly recommend going there. You won't be disappointed one bit. Going to go back ref a couple tennis rackets now.

I have been visiting Gefen sports for over 30years and the service has been impeccable. I've tried other shops over the years and the lack of consistency in customer care, let alone stringing my racquets ,is at times terrible. I dropped off my racquets for restring and picked them up on the allotted day(10-Jan-2020) which was perfect. For first class service choose Gefen Sports...

To WM Y, ive been going to gefen sports for 20 years and all my friends and family go there, its always very professional, no ones forced to get their racket re strung there, ive never met two more professional and honest people than Mr Gefen and Adrian! Family run business with two guys (father and son or father and nephew I think) who are very knowledgeable about stringing and stringing machines in particular. They also do restrings, sell racquets, tennis shoes, and various other bits and bobs.
