R. J. (.Great fitting by Jen for a customer with very specific foot needs! Our 8 year-old son has a twisted foot and lack of flex in his ankle. Therefore getting ski boots (indeed, all shoes) is generally a very difficult exercise. We called Jen to explain our requirements, Jen understood and ordered in several pairs of boots. When she visited Jen took the time to look, listen and think about the issue (the foot couldn't go into any of them first-off). Jen duly adjusted one of the pairs of boots in her van and, hey presto, one happy customer! Thank you Jen - highly recommend to everyone
J.I could not speak more highly of Jen and the service provided. She always made herself available at any time of day. My brother and I had quite technical issues with boots and touring bindings and she was more than up to the task unlike many ski shops I have visited in the past. The fact Jen has the know how rather than having to send off means she is a class above in my eyes.

L. T.This is a remarkable service. In the past I have wasted many hours of precious skiing time sitting in ski shops at the mountain base while my boots are adjusted - again and again. But not any more! With Hike and Ride, Jen came to my door at a time chosen by me and did everything in her well-equipped van. There was no rushing me to trying to sell me alternatives. She was knowledgeable, highly skilled and very efficient. Within <2 hours and she had made me bespoke orthoses and made the necessary further adjustments to get the perfect fit - all for a cost far less than I had expected. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anyone suffering from ski-boot blues!

She took plenty of time to understand my skiing needs, and my experience with my old boots. I left with the best fitting boots I've ever had - with custom foot beds, and a stretch made to the boots to accommodate my stupidly wide feet.
