Whether it is a telephone query or a store visit, I am always impressed by the exceptionally high quality service given by the knowledgable enthusiastic staff members including Tariq and Pablo in particular. During my recent visit, despite having bought my Jack Wolfskin backpack elsewhere, the lovely manager Barteck has carefully fitted the pack on my son, showed us patiently how to pack it sensibly and also offered us a wealth of expertise advise. He introduced us to a few other essential items and also explained the benefits without ever sounding like a pushy salesman. Both my husband and I really enjoyed the visit and surprisingly so did my teenage son who found Bartek very inspiring. Thank you very much.
