Staff were very friendly and helpful, they even told me if Im looking for something that they don't have, they can order it in for me. Good lighting. Great variety of stuff. Prices were reasonable. Most importantly, place was super dog friendly. Would definitely shop from there again.

Astonishing value and brilliant service. Ask the manager, Jo Russell, anything about clothing and she will have an answer. If she can't find a garment in her shop she will search other M Warehouse stores for you. A rare opportunity to find the best in retail expertise.

Was formerly Zakti which was owned by Mountain Warehouse. So it's no surprise that they are selling some of the same products. There is more of an emphasis of outdoor wear & equipment here now.

Fantastic customer service. We ordered a couple of sleeping bags online for a camping trip a few days later. Mountain Warehouse ensured they were picked and dispatched the same day but unfortunately Hermes didn’t do their part so well so we didn’t receive them in time. Went to the Chiswick branch and Joanna was so helpful. We bought 2 new sleeping bags and then returned the ones we bought online when back from our trip. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service: I needed to exchange an unused sleeping-bag (purchased at a different branch of M.W. in central London) and so phoned ahead to ensure they had stock of what I required. The sales assistant (possibly manager?) was very helpful on the phone, and then in person when I went in to effect a very easy exchange. I also noticed & heard him praise another member of staff for doing good work - as a customer, this is what I like to see! Well done Chiswick branch.

Big store, now on sale so good offers to grab at present. Be aware some prices are different for the same product depending on the store. I found the store in Tottenham Court Road is the cheapest. Good variety for informal clothes and they do women, men and children

Although I was disappointed in the “waterproof” boots I bought some months ago, I was happy with the service I received (yesterday from Kevin, who was temporarily at the Covent Garden store and) today from Mahsa at the Chiswick store, who gave me a gift card as replacement. Thank you.

EDIT (Nov 2018) This review was for ZAKTI. Google (or the store) has merged this to Mountain Warehouse, which I have not yet visited! ZAKTI (CLOSED) Good store for sports/outdoor clothes. Not obvious from the outside but they also stock children's coats etc. Much less for men - but sadly that's the case for much of Chiswick!
