M. d.Parking was abit hard as its on the main road. Staff was very friendly and I was happy to spead 190 pound here and also felt I got value for my money as they had a sale on.

J. C.Not sure if this is the biggest Mountain Warehouse store in London but this one is not just let down by a miserable manager but the lack of a #variety of stock. The lack of space will not make up the lack of stock but the two male assistants made up for the miserable Manager's behaviour.

A. D.I was looking for a backpack that I could take with me on flights and for work and after a bit of searching, I found a really good one at mountain warehouse. They were having a sale so I bought a pair of travelling/hiking trousers too! The staff (think it was the manager) was very warm and friendly too. I've had the backpack for close to a couple of months now and I'm very happy with my purchase.
S. S.Firstly, the store feels open and welcoming compared to many other Mountain Warehouse stores. I was able to move around easily and see the products without feeling overwhelmed. The manager approached me and offered to help. He was really friendly and gave really honest advice, putting me very much at ease, especially as I have never been skiing before. It is good to go into a store where the staff are knowledgable but also passionate about the brand. On top of all this, the prices are amazing! You can get a lot of good quality gear without doubling the price of your already expensive ski holiday. I will go back and recommend to others no problem.
