The staff are generally friendly and knowledgeable. What let's it down that it is always full price and the selection is quite limited. You are better off going up the road to Sports Direct, Footlocker, independent stores or go to New Balance's outlet in Wembley.

I absolutely love this branch! They have the greatest selection of cool shoes! And they also have 3-D FOOT SCANNER that use foot measurements such as width, height and girth to determine a customer’s ideal shoe model and shoe size. I scanned my feet and now I know my exact shoes size!

Just bought the latest version of the New Balance Fresh Foam 1080pV9 which for me is a brilliant running shoe. I chose the 1080p because I generally get pains in my knees when running but these help to cushion the impact whilst running. The young lady in the shop was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and even let me run up and down the shop to try them out. The shoes replace a previous version and I would always recommend New Balance as I think they are a superior running shoe.

As someone who works in retail I find its always important to recognise great behaviour and on Friday I had a wonderful experience. I spoke with ozzy who is a credit to your company, he was very approachable and friendly and helped me with getting my shoes protected. Give this man a raise.

My boyfriend and I had fantastic service from Connor. He was really personable, showed excellent attention to detail and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy with our purchases. We didn't set out to buy anything that day but my boyfriend purchase Grey 992's and I promptly ordered a pair online (out of stock in store). Connor is a great asset to New Balance!

Definitely the best store to go for the pair that fit your feet best! The staff who took care of us were very friendly and helpful (Juan and Cyang). Cyang put tremendous effort to find the shoes that fit my wide feet perfect from looking for the right size to suggesting number of different models in terms of shapes and colours. I'm now in my sneakers that are comfortable ever. Definitely coming back here for another pair!

Ordered trainers online, not realising the sizing was very different to my other shoes so had to send them back. Went to the store and was attended to by Connor, who measured my feet on the in-store laser equipment , found the right size and sorted me out with what I was looking for. He did so with excellent humour and great banter and it was a pleasure doing business with this gentleman . His Customer Service skills are excellent. An all round great experience.

I went there in order to find comfy shoes as I recently started to have problems with legs. I've been approached by smiling assistant Gabriela who instantly knew what I needed. She wasn't trying to oversell or push me to buy anything. Just listened to what my needs are and suggested the best product. Very pleased with my visit and the customer service provided!

My first encounter with New Balance, I came in to have a look at trainers and came across Juan Rodriguez, genuinely was very impressed with his answers to my queries and went out of his way to find the best possible trainer for me, suggesting I went to a wide pair rather than the standard was the closer for me. He did not push, oversell, merely answered my questions very well. Best customer experience I’ve had in a very long time, big props to Juan!

Brilliant store and excellent staff,. Went in specifically looking for a pair of shoes I found online, but ended up leaving with a better pair more suited to my feet and needs. Big shout out to staff member Conner who was with me every step of the process giving advice and generally making me feel welcome. New Balance clearly hires and trains it's staff with great care, and Conner was a shining example of such. My visit to this store may have just made me a New Balance convert!

Great selection of NB shoes & clothing. Some bargains to be had too, got my run shoes less than half price 👍 Unfortunately had to chase down staff for assistance, with a member blatantly ignoring me, even when asking politely for my size in shoe, it felt like I was putting her out. Deborah.F, showed no interest at all in wanting to help or even offering any advice. She then dumped the box in front of me and walked away & I had to call her back as they were not the size I asked for... I also wanted some new running kit but with her attitude, I just wants to leave the store. She didn’t even ask if I’d found everything I was looking for or if I was interested in anything else. After choosing my shoes I had to get back to the shop because the size I choose was not the right one. As soon I get in to the store I met Giovanna B the advisor , she kindly asked me if I need any help with a great smile. I told her that I received the shoes as a present so I did not have the decrepit but I have to change them. She straight away went to check to her manager in order to proceed . Happily came back saying I can choose different shoes and she wisely recommended the one with the cushions at the back to avoid further issue and pain. Thank Giovanna B .

Loved the store, floors are well differentiated and as soon as I went in, a member of staff approached and was really pleasant (like all other staff that we've interacted with!) Osmar Correia provided a stellar service, engaged with my kids really well and even told them about the brand history. My 9 year old son loved it to the point of saying he'd like to work there! Ended up buying trainers for all of us (family of 5) and let me add that the NB's are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had!! will definitely return!!5☆

Could be one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had - thanks to Michael. I visited the place randomly and only intended to browse, but end up talking to Michael for over half an hour on running. He shared loads of useful insights and practically answered all the questions about feet posture that's been bothering me. I was trying to make a transition from heel strike to forefoot running and just struggled to get it right. Talking to Michael proved to be immensely valuable and completely unexpected. Himself being a sprinter, Michael couldn't have more credentials to give advice on forefoot running. The shoes were very comfortable and fit me extremely well and I went for a run immediately when I got home - the difference with my old pair was simply heaven and earth. I could really feel the benefit of an improved posture - I managed to run longer and the sprinting definitely saw improvement as well. Michael is a true asset of your store, I couldn't thank him more.

Had a good look round, didn't buy anything, but well stocked. As I live in Cumbria and was down in London for the day, the shoes there are manufactured in my home county, at Flimby, near Maryport, and yes New Balance is the make of shoe I wear when I go out running or to road running races.

I have been searching for the right running shoe for a few weeks and the service I received in the flagship store was incredibly tailored. I never right reviews but compared to the generic service elsewhere, New Balance store was an outlier. As soon as I started browsing Gilberto came up, started asking me about my running conditions, without making me feel embarrassed that the distance is not that far. He was able to talk about all the different shoe technologies and was very attentive about getting the size right (new balance do half sizes) and ran and back forth to the back to get me different sizes without batting an eye lid until I was satisfied. At the same time he ensured all other waiting customers were paired off to another colleague. Looking forward to testing out the shoes!

But too much football related stock, and service which isn’t specialised for running enthusiasts. A better experience will be at Run and Become, a short walk from London’s Victoria Station.

Not too pricey for England, the place is mostly suitable for teenagers and young customers, however the collection that they have could also get the the attention of elderly people. What really caught my eye was the fact that they have a huge collection of soccer shirts which the company promotes including: Liverpool Celtic and many other teams.

Flagship New Balance store located on Oxford Street between Bond Street and (closer to) Oxford Circus tube stations. I go in to check out the trainers (mine is 574) as they have all the currently available colours on display and hopefully in stock too. It's light and airy and has the NB clothing range too.
