What can I say about Jake and Cassie from the John Lewis peloton team at Brent Cross. They have made our experience so easy. From buying the bike to the after care, they are the most knowledgeable people you can ask for when buying such an expensive product. Even now when I have questions they are always there to answer them. Me and my wife are so please to have bought our bike from there. They always have a smile on their faces. It’s made it such an enjoyable experience
