N. S.Great customer service. Harry, Chuck and John are very responsive and did a great job of recommending the right equipment for my home gym. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
R. K.Bought an Olympic plate and a set of resistance bands. They were not available in store but they ordered them for me and I received both within a couple of weeks. I thought was pretty good taking into the account the high demand for such items at a time when all gyms are closed.
The order was dealt with efficiently, as was the delivery where I was provided with a specific time slot for the delivery of the items.
M. G.I visited this store on a quiet Saturday afternoon. The store is nicely laid out, good lighting and it's clean. There is a good selection of home gym equipment, but there is very little interaction from staff. So unfortunately it was too difficult for me to work out what equipment to buy. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it could have been better.
j. c.Bought a pair of 15kg plates and 5kg plates as was tired of paying too much for fabricated plates from other suppliers.
Was surprised as to how quickly Powerhouse fitness delivered the order, especially during the coronavirus and the demand for weights.
I will be buying more in the future.

Was very attentively dealt with by a lovely chap called Ishmail who was very knowledgable about the equipment giving refreshingly honest opinions about different brands and different equipment.
No pushy salesmanship just honest opinion and good advise. He was actually interested in our needs and engaged accordingly

I wasn't disappointed with the range of products on show, advice I received and customer support and continued follow ups after I placed my order. There was a slight hiccup which has been rectified without complaint. Chris went above and beyond doing so. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for all your fitness needs
