The restringing job itself was to a very good standard, unfortunately they lost my vibration dampener in the process. I think communication could be better as I was not told when my racket was ready and whether I would get my dampener back. The drop off process could be better as it is not well sign posted and I had to wait 20 mins because the receptionist was not there. However, to Ray's credit he responded to my Google review and offered me a refund.
