O. v. d. V.Parcelforce delivered my purchase but I was out and it was stolen. Misa has gone out of her way to sort this out and ended up hand delivering a replacement to my house across the other side of London within the week. Unbelievable service!
e. h.Raijin Sports is bar far my favourite Ski Shop in London. The owner is extremely friendly, helpful and has the most brilliant memory for kit that you have bought in the past. I've sought advice on clothing and I have bought extremely good kit from them. They stock only a few brands that they feel provides the best quality and meets their high standards and these do no disappoint. Friends that I have referred to them have the same glowing reviews from brilliant experiences. Last season I bought a pair of Whitedot skis which the shop were able to have bindings set and sent out to me. I cannot recommend them enough.

Misa spent considerable time via phone and email to assist me with the sizing options for my recent purchase and I was very impressed with the care and attention she offered to me as a first-time customer.
I will definitely be using their store again!
O. P.Before going hitch-hiking on the continent in April (a few months earlier than usual), I decided I needed a coat that was warm but light-weight. After a bit of research, I was very keen to try some of the Patagonia products but was surprised to find that there isn't a Patagonia store in London. I was even more surprised to find that this fantastic little shop Raijin Sports stocks a brilliant range of Patagonia products - and just down the road! I really can't recommend this shop highly enough. They spent hours discussing the Patagonia range with me, explaining me the various benefits of different fits and letting me try on loads of different jackets.
When I realised that the one I wanted was not in the shop (nano puff hoody), they ordered it for me. I was particularly impressed with this speedy service. It was important for me that I had the jacket within 3 days and they were able to guarantee this. The service was really fantastic and at such a competitive price. For friendly, in-depth knowledge I really wouldn't look any further - this shop is a gem!
As for the Nano Puff Hoody - it is a brilliant coat. I really wasn't sure if I was a size small or medium. After much debate and good counsel fro the shop, I went for a small which is perfect. I'm 6" and this fits perfectly on top of a t-shirt and jumper although I would recommend going to the shop and trying sizes if you're uncertain. The coat is amazingly warm considering how light it is. It packs down to a really small size which made it very portable and easy to stow away into my rucksack. I understand that Patagonia has an unrivalled record when it comes to providing top-end products that also have brilliant environmental credentials. This is a really great company and I think I'll get another of their jackets in the future... and I know where I'll be getting it!
