Had a great experience here while looking for a replacement pair of trainers yesterday. Richard spent nearly an hour helping me find the perfect pair of shoes. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I'll definitely come back here for my next pair of running shoes.

Great experience great staff. My father and I both did a gait analysis, and Richard guided us with amazing expertise, patience, friendliness and professionalism. After a gait analysis, understanding my running background (a mix of sprinting and road running), and incorporating a preference for the feet being closer to the ground, Richard provided a range of shoes and detailed explanation about why each of them may suit my needs. I appreciated how he emphasised to trust the subjective feeling of feeling comfortable in the shoe. All round very educational and satisfying experience!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! My new shoes fit perfectly and provide just the right level of support. The gentleman helping me did not rush it and kept bringing out new models based on the feedback I was giving him while trying them on the treadmill, until he got the perfect ones.

Simply excellent. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced from Richard. Went in wanting to buy any shoe that fit basically, but spent the next 20 minutes discussing my running style, preferences and running knowledge (very limited). I learnt more in that conversation than I have over the last two years of running. After comparing and contrasting several shoes, I found an excellent shoe that was well within my budget. Very rarely do you find a store and staff who act genuinely in the best interest of their customers, thus I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for running gear in the area.

Visited the store to find my first ever pair of running trainers 12/06/21. The customer service I received from start to finish from Gillian was above and beyond. From the running analysis through to leaving the store I haven’t received customer service this good anywhere else!

I chose this over the Angel branch as someone actually bothered to answer the phone when I called asking about an appointment. I was told I could just come in and was warned there might be a queue - which there was - but this is understandable as it is a smaller shop and there are obviously social distancing restrictions as well now. I met with Richard - who is mentioned in several of these reviews - and he was friendly and professional (but so were the other people working.) We assessed my running and tried on some shoes. A couple were out of my price range, and a pair I wanted was not in my size, but I was not pushed into buying anything. I'll be back!

Fantastic service this morning from Richard, who despite the limitations imposed by covid, took as long as we needed to find the right pair of shoes. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, and listened to what we were saying about each pair of shoes we tried to find just the right thing.
