C. B.Amazing service from a bright and cheerful lady (nice red hair and with braces). She was very knowledgable, lots of useful advice for my ankle problem and helped me choose the right pair after doing a couple of gait analysis after explaining what to look for in the video clip (I'm a newbie). She told me she was new to this store, but what a great addition! Thank you (Louise? Sorry should have asked for your name - this name was on my receipt) !! Highly recommended and I'll be back soon!
However, before I was served by this helpful lady, I waited for a long time (about 5 min, took so long that I started trying on several pairs from the shelf myself) for anyone to show up. One eventually did from the stock room and another customer just turned up and grabbed him :( Maybe she has an appointment booked, I wasn't sure. I was the only other customer there. Not much interest in letting me know I'd be serve next until I asked. The shop floor wasn't huge. It would be nice to acknowledge other waiting custmers...

G. G.Nice shop with good variety of shoes (adidas, Oka, Saucony, Brooks among others). I found some nice salespeople that encourage you to try various models without pressure. They have all the equipment to analyze your run and optimize your choice. So I would recommend it in order to choose a pair of shoes (although I do encourage to arrive slightly prepared on the basics). On the less positive side I thought that the fairly limited range of running clothes was disappointing compared with the wide variety of shoes.
w.Went back today after 2yrs, bought another pair of Saucony running trainers again ... Very impressed by the knowledgeable sales assistant downstairs, put me on a treadmill, £124 later i got a lovely pair of runners. .Strongly recommend this branch. .
