If you are looking for a Runners Need branch to visit, please come to this branch. I was served today by an excellent staff called Lance. He was courteous, helpful and went the extra mile to help me find my perfect trainers. Compared to the Monument branch I went earlier on, there was no comparison. The staff there have no customer service training.

Great customer service from staff that were very helpful in locating the specific gloves I wanted within a nearby branch 🙌🏼

Thanks so much to Tariq who dedicated loads of time to analysing my gait and helping me choose from a range of running shoes to give me better support. He was really helpful and I am so happy with my new trainers!

The staff here is great! I've been there on a few occasions and they have a lot of knowledge about shoes for road and trail running. Even when the shop is busy with customers they are very patient and explain the pros and cons of different models. And they will always fetch you the right size so you can be sure you buy the best thing for you. Other than shoes they also seem very well stocked in terms of running gear and nutrition.

Staff were very helpful, appreciated the assistance when choosing shoes. Currently have an offer when buying new (non sale) trainers that you get £20 off if you recycle your old ones, amazing! Will be going back in future.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon, my partner is a runner and was after more specific shoes for himself.
The man in the shop really wasn’t interested in helping, it was like he couldn’t be bothered, we asked if we could have a try on the treadmill with the trainers we liked (they allow you to do this here) he almost rolled his eyes, I didn’t know to laugh or cry, we felt very awkward. He wasn’t really interested in giving us advice and just said yes to everything! Anyway lucky for us we did a little research before had regarding the trainers so sort of had an idea anyway. We seem to have brought the right pair that we are happy with.

Bit busy when I went in to get kitted out for this year. We got there in the end tho, the staff were great and persevered with my demands to try on various makes etc. I walked out with shiny new trainers and attire to match but the shininess is all a distant memory after a cross country run at the weekend.

Went into Runners Need on a bleak Sunday morning, safe to say the chap I spoke too was incredibly knowledgeable about shoes of the running variety. He proceeded to rinse me for my "minimalist trainers ", collapsed archers and flat footedness.
Great salesman - could spot a kook like me a mile off.
