Amazing service. My wife bought pilates balls which came in a packed box , a very helpful member of staff inflated the balls for her which was extremely good of him. Please keep up the good customer service. THANK YOU.

Sports Direct return to Kew Retail Park after what seems like a gap of 15 years or more. Lots of stock for opening. Very spacious. Better layout than the one in Isleworth. Very quiet at the moment until everyone realises it is there. Let’s hope it is run better than the one in Isleworth.

They offer a large selection of sports and outdoor clothing, the prices can be a little steep in my opinion. I used to remember feeling like you could get some bargains in there. But it feels like the shops internal layout and display has been charged to more of a boutique style, especially when it comes to footwear. I find when looking for trainers in adult sizes 11 you struggle to find them in stock. I also don't like the fact that when returning unwanted items they only offer a credit note. Because of this you really need to make sure you're happy with your selection before paying. Car parking at Kew retail is plentiful and it's free. They have other shops that serve coffee and food so there is no need to leave the retail park. Hope the review helps.

Came here a couple of times before the lockdown and usually it was quiet. The staff was helpful, friendly, I had to try 2-3 shoes and we engaged in a short conversation. The location is convenient because there are many parking spaces available and other shops next to it (coffee, food, items for household etc.) It`s a nice store. I can recommend it.

I normally avoid Sports Direct stores as really dislike the experience. However, this branch is totally different to the normal Sports Direct store. It's spacious, well laid out and doesn't have the jumble sale feel that the others do.

Lady at the till was lovely but some of the other staff are quite rude. Ladies trainers are great if you're a child or want to be Princess and love pink, need a better range for grown up women.

Its quite cheap but there is no waist sizes and the changing rooms are closed so you can't try anything on so if nothing fits when you try it on at home you have to bring it back if it doesn't fit which is a bit of a nuisance
