Terrible staff not helpful at all. They product prices made up lying people to buy they product. I wanted to buy a rain coat it was 360 pound to gone down 155 pound and l ask for xl in size they sad they stock room door broken. I left and went to Oxford circus branch same rain coat was 150 pound when I ask is this sale price. They sad this is original price never been 360 pound . Be aware they lying to people.

Great products with an awesome style of decor. Staff was a little less than helpful.

Lovely sales assistants in there that are really helpful. The black guy with the short braids...(sorry I don't know his name) but he was awesome and was happy to grab a few different pieces in my size for me to try on and gave me advice on what jackets would work for me. :) I'll go back again.

I had a very positive experience in this store, young girl helped me out and she was so helpful, kept looking with me, and in the storeroom to find something that i was after. I ended up getting my GPB360 puffer jacket at half price too, so I was very happy with my experience there.

Fantastic store on Carnaby Street, loads of stock and really helpful and friendly staff! Managed to find the jacket my daughter wanted, signed up to the club and got a great discount too, we will definitely be back.

Nice gear here and good sales. The sales staff is knowledgeable. The company's return policy is excellent - return to any shop. The gear is pricey but you're getting what you pay for. Keep an eye on the sale rack and you'll find some good bargains!

The North Face is one of my favourite stores. The quality of the products are excellent. They are durable and can last a couple of years. However, the reason I'm giving this store a four star is because I was served by a particular rude staff at this store who thought it would be appropriate to throw a card to me. Despite this incident, I feel it would be harsh to give the store a lower rating.

Great little store with exceptionally helpful staff. The Urban store also stocks a few pieces normally only found in Japan (though not the purple label range). Staff very knowledgeable about the products they are selling and they are very attentive without being in your face. Definitely worth a visit if you are in or around Carnaby St.
