First impressions I would say the store is ok. The products are not as nice as on the website and the prices do not seem to match. I picked up some items that were on sale on the website but not in store and the blonde lady behind the till price matched it all for me and even went above and beyond and called nearby stores to put an item on hold for me, explained the warranty and refund policies to avoid any issues. Very happy with the customer service overall but disappointed with the products

Very good North Face Shop, its a franchise branch but has a good quality of stock and very nice range of products.

I tried to return an Online item to the store, which I was unable to due to the head-office return policy change. The staff went above and beyond to help me.. first of all calling another store to check if they accepted the online returns, when they said they did not - a member of staff helped me to wrap up the shoes into packaging that would allow me to post return them using the post office a few doors down. The staff could have simply said "no sorry we don't accept" and that would have been it... Highly recommend this store in particular & I will now not shop online again with North Face (head office useless returns policy) - and i'll go to this store instead.

I was searching for a waterproof jacket to wear on top of my jacket/coat while riding my scooter or my bike in order not to get wet at all, as I drive before going to work. However, I could not afford over 170/200£ for a Gore-tex jacket. I searched in really many places in London, and I could not find anywhere someone who could give me detailed information about what I was looking for. But luckily in this store I met a very friendly Spanish guy, Ivan D., who really helped me to find what I was looking for. He has shown me many different jackets with different prices and he has even shown me how the jacket reacts to water drops. Furthermore, he made me purchase a product which helps the jacket to be even more waterproof without getting damp. I have tried the jacket before using the product and after using it and I can assure that it does work, as you can also see from the picture. Thank you again IVAN, you have done a great job. Super helpful staff on a relatively busy Saturday lunchtime. We were greeted on our way in and helped when ever we had a question. Staff retrieved additional product from the stock room and helped with decision making. I guess we were lucky as there was no queue at the till and the transaction was swift and with a smile. Yes, we could have shopped online but I wanted to feel the products and try them for size. A perfect experience all round.

Fantastic products (especially boots; comfy and dry all week!) and even better customer service, staff had keen interest in the outdoors and suggested appropriate gear. Highly recommended. Popped in at lunch time to see what was on the sale. Only jacket I could find wasn't in the sale so I asked the salesperson for some help, he showed me all of the similar jackets and gave advice depending on what I was going to use it for. Good range of products.

Customer service was not good, when I walked in i went to the till as i had reserved two items. After the person in front of me was serviced the lady walked away not even acknowledging me at all which i found rude.👎 Then a gentleman asked if I was ok which I then explained that I had reserved two items. He sent someone for the items. He was very nice and helpful and I completed my purchase with him. 😊
