I like the shop... stuff is great... specially one Polish girl... once she help me to choose walking shoes .. she explained me how they work..she has a lot of knowledge...and she so nice 😁.. definitely I will buy something there when she will be in shop... P.S. and she has beautiful eyes 👀😏

In my opinion, the latest North Face stuff has lost its appeal. I used to buy it to keep warm and because it was hard wearing. These days it seems to me that not all their products have these qualities and are nothing more than over priced and hyped because they are made from plastic bottles. I don't feel that heavy and sturdy I used to. Also, why is it that the UK gets a 2 year warranty, but the rest of the world lifetime?

Good selection of coats just not much stock as no sizes i wanted in for the jackets I liked

The guy working there was annoying af I knew what I wanted to buy but he kept trying to change my mind and he wouldn’t leave me alone to try on the coats. I understand he was just trying to do his job but I must say he was so annoying and I felt like I had to quickly pick want I wanted and leave.

Stunning service from Krunal at Ellis Brigham in Westfield today. I needed new ski boots and his patience and charm were completely exceptional. I have always tended to favour Elllis Brigham but, even by their normal high standards, today was a stand out experience. Well done and thank you.
