Well it's a North Face shop selling North Face merchandise. Sells are their stuff and is on their original price. Try the TK Max next door for some offers on same or similar things

I went there to buy a jacket I saw online but they didn't have it so they had to order it. It has been 4 working days and they said would call me to say when it arrived but did not instead I called them myself to see if my jacket arrived at the store. When i got there i was just standing waiting for my Jacket and one worker who was a male was laughing and looking at me with another worker. However the other employees are nice and know their stuff about the products.

Very knowledge staff. Took me 40mins to work out the right backpack for me. They were very patient, which I'm grateful for as I came into the shop with a preconceived idea of what I thought I wanted, but I would have made the wrong decision without their advice. Actually saved me £30 going for the bag that they recommended, but now that I'm using it I realise was exactly fit for purpose. Namely its the 'Surge' model for commuting with laptop and accessories. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Was advised by friend to try North Face for walking shoes and came to the store in Stratford Westfield. I googled it to find location and was unnerved by the review above. But had fantastic service from two excellent sales and advice people. First was a very patient lady who took time to get many different types and sizes. Second was a super knowledgable guy (Igor) who listened and eventually steered me towards a non north face brand that was perfect for my feet. Went in at about 3pm store was pretty quiet and it was the best shoe buying experience I've had. Thanks.

Small (but usually crowded) store in Wembley. I've been there several times and they don't usually have good offers. The price is very similar to a non-outlet store. Helpful staff.
