A nice big spacious place to get sports gear if you're a Spurs fan. I went to get NFL gear since the NFL games are at WHL this year, had to have a good look around to find where to pay and the staff were all friendly.

It was a really really nice surprise to go to my sports' team shop!! Now I will only go there to get certain items. Very very different from the small sports shop of past years where you could stretch your hand out and find all at your fingertips! 😄 The store has more than the online shop and better than browsing through accessories you can't see. Not the same feel. Very open, modern and airy. I could spend hours here! 👍 The grounds with high security is breathtaking! Just awesome!!

Brilliant club shop for any Spurs fan, massive selection of clothes, team kit, football boots, team training kit and more accessories than you can shake a stick at, plus shirts and accessories for all 32 NFL teams. Stadium tours are also accessed through the club shop and are brilliant. You get to see everything from the highest hospitality suites down to the first team dressing room, and at roughly 90 amazing minutes long, well worth the money, a must for all fans! Tours must be booked in advance on the Spurs website.

Great shop filled with Spurs souvenirs for mens ladies and kids! They also have a section that sells American Football jersey. They provide jersey personalization and took me 5 minutes to get it done during my visit which was quiet. Very friendly staff and service. It's one of the largest team shop in Europe and any Spurs fan won't be disappointed.

Loved it. Got some sale items 2 t shirts and a sweatshirt. Security was tight on entry....Not a bad thing these days. Regarding parking, we were advised to park in Sainsbury's- Free for 2 or 3 hours :)

Very spacious and air-conditioned. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the whole experience was let down by security. I went through less security checks when I went to visit a friend in prison. They even took my foldable bike off me, and stuck it in a cupboard. When I exited the store, I had to walk round to the entrance to get my bike back, and they made me go through the security checks AGAIN!

Very cool shop outside the new stadium. Tons of spurs swag. All the kits from the current season for men, women and kids. (They have screen printing in the store so you can have your own name and number put on if Kane, Erikson or Son aren't for you.) There are boots the players wear and a giant screen setup to watch highlights of spurs. There are retro jerseys and spurs sweaters, t-ahirts, jackets and coats. There are PS4s set up to play Fifa just on the other side of the children's area. Towards the middle of the shop is the NFL section, (the new stadium is a collaborative effort between Spurs and the NFL) so there is a good chance there is a hat, beanie or jacket of your favorite NFL team. It's definitely a place to check out before or after matches.

Really good tour with superb access to areas. It’s a self guided tour supported by an audio device that you control, so you can go around at your own pace. There are guides posted at all areas and they are always fun abs informative. When I had some teething problems with one of the devices, they were brilliant with us. We even ended up touring the changing rooms just by ourselves with the placed guides answering our questions and telling the kids some fun facts. Spent longer here than I expected which is a great sign. A must do for any spurs fan! Whilst there are covid controls, you are allowed to remove masks for photos.

It's not so much the shop and this pains me to say as I am a life long supporter .but the problem is the on line shopping it tells me that I don't know my own email address or it can't find my post code .so I have to ring the customers phone line and after a 5 minute talk about going on line .I then wait a further 8minutes to get through only to be told that item is not available when on line it is telling me it is in stock .now it's not personal I no thing's are upset because of covid. But please spurs get the on line shopping sorted .saying all that I would like to thank all of the staff who are working behind the scenes thanks for your hard work we love you all.

There was a good range of items in the sale and lots of choice for male and female fans (for adults and children). Lots of souvenirs on sale too. You could spend your wages here easily if you're not careful so browse and decide carefully otherwise your bill will mount to hundreds if you're not careful (like the man in the queue in front of me) 😊

Ordered a birthday present to pick up in store recently. Staff were polite, friendly and happy. Picked up my order quickly and had a stroll around the store which is massive, well planned out and spotless. I picked another item and at the till I was served by Margaret (according to my receipt) who was absolutely lovely. It was a pleasure to shop there.

Excellent customer service. Explained to staff that my disabled father would not be able to wait in the massively long queue for the shirt printing service. They took our details and asked us to come back after the game where the shirts would be ready for us. At the end of the game, when we entered the shop, another member of staff offered to look after my dad whilst I went and paid for the shirts. The shop is massively crowded and there are lots of steps so it is difficult to get around but polite, well-trained staff helped to overcome that.

My beloved football teams shop. 😁 Love going to the Spurs shop, love the staff who are always willing to serve you with a smile. Great big TV screen with a little amphitheatre so you can (if you've got some spare time mid-shop) enjoy clips of our boys in action. My only gripes are I wish there was more choice for the larger size fan in the gillettes, jackets and coats section and that it wasn't so expensive (yes I know it's merchandise) but other than that I love it.

Really great shop. Spacious and lots of merchandise on hand. Particularly love the big screen and surrounding seating emmulating a stadium. Staff on the floor were helpful. We went the day before the final game so there were lots of excited fans. However, during check out we received really bleak and cold service from the Supervisor when making a return and buying new items. Not a even a hello and it felt she didn’t want to be there. It completely ruined the experience.

Had a great time on the Tottenham Experience Tour! Not a big football fan myself, but went with my dad and sister and we all really enjoyed it. I would recommend it! Had two great tour guides called Marie and Nathan, who were fantastic!

Went on the stadium tour in March before Covid and couldn't speak highly enough of the staff. Passionate and funny. They made a huge effort to engage the fans on the tour that even the mrs who isn't a fan of football enjoyed her time.

Worth a visit even if you don't live in Tottenham. Shows what a fans shop should be like. On my visit there were reductions of up to 40% on many items. Be advised, that the whole stadium complex, including the shop, is cash free. All purchases must be made with a card. You also have to go through airport-like security screening even for the shop.

Recently opened megastore with polite and attentive staff. I visited today (non match day at lunchtime) and it was very quiet so, an ideal time to browse and shop. Shop floor layout very spacious and modern. Hope the staff continue to do a good job with their good customer service skills when the new stadium opens in due course. An enjoyingable day but lacking in the WOH factor. I was expecting a little more from the visit to the store. Its worrying that T-Shirts do cost close to £50 or more. My sizes were not in stock - I'm a Large. The staff were friendly and I cannot fault them for the effort they put in. The M cafe is basic, not much of a place to visit, lacks a little bit of warmth. You get 10% off but that still puts it in the high end bracket. The tour itself lasts around 90minutes. I did'nt know what to expect and have only been to the stadium once before. I took the previous stadium tour and loved it. I expected more from this one, not just the bits we see on TV. It will need to evolve if you want to bring people back. In summary, it would be nice if the staff dressed smartly. The previous tour the chap had a Spurs suit and tie the works and it made the tour feel so much better. I would add some more behind the scenes walks. Perhaps add the bars and some more rooms to give people a better feel of the whole stadium.

It has lifts for Wheelchair users staff are very helpful they have Toilets, changing Rooms and seats to rest plenty of stock and tills that are open and its cashless went to the shop since lockdown and they now check your Temperature and have hadwashing stations you can not try any clothes on but they have 90 day exchange or refund policy

Large shop, many Spurs items on sale at it has to be said quite expensive prices, but us Spurs supporters cannot resist spending money there. Payment by card only There is a security presence out side, and on match days queues can be long Staff inside wonderly friendly. Visit at least once ! Since writing this, I have been on the DARE WALK, which was wonderful, great views across London and down into the bowl of the stadium, touched the golden Cockerel! And a few days ago, I went on the stadium tour, audio device provided, and guides at strategic points to help with extra advice. All in all a terrific experience, and well worth the money COYS

Two things to take in account - * not everything you see in website is in the shop * you can get your basics in here -mugs, shirts and scarfs. No novelty items, nothing really "woooow". Definitely not a place for people that are already well equipped.
