J. D.Popped into the shop today and was served by George. I only was in to ask some questions, but given all the really helpful advice and good customer service left with a new pair of runners. Delighted with my purchase and experience.

After I contacted them, their head office got in touch. They replaced the shoes. I bought a second pair as a "thank you" for their customer care and quality of service.

n. 4.absolutely fantastic, george and his colleagues are very helpful, i bought a very comfortable pair of 'under armour' shoes...whilst i dont run very often, they are great just for walking...my daughter also wanted a pair of ladies version, and again, all the staff at chiswick were very helpful with advice, and how to purchase these shoes for her...thanks again to george and colleagues at up and running chiswich..
