Great range of products and fantastic customer service! Super quick/responsive and helpful with the orders. I have ordered a lot of things from WIT and never had a late delivery. They even managed to immediately locate an order I placed with the wrong email address and fixed the issue within 10 mins for me!

Best gym in London for CrossFit and events. The shop is also super cool, great WIT gear. I have been again tonight for the launch of Fiit Assult Bike workouts and it was so much fun. Lights on, people doing classes every house, music up, vibe is amazing, everyone's super friendly and the team were brilliant! Head coach Gus is a legend and it's in the most beautiful spot of one new change near St Paul's! If you don't want to work out here, there's no hope!

I have to admit I'm a little surprised about the negative reviews about the returns. I fell in love with the Reebok WonderWoman Nano X trainers, and found them on WIT Fitness, but alas they were far too small. I returned them pretty quickly but noticed on my tracking it was taking a while to return to them. I was really really worried that I would not get my refund back due to the delay in shipping with returning, but after speaking with Hannah, and telling her about my nerves about my money, she instantly refunded me. I think that was absolutely lovely of her. I am so very grateful and will using their services again in future.

Great Service! I purchased from WIT for the first ever time during the Black Friday Sales. After completing my second purchase, order confirmation email received, money had gone from account etc all as normal, I get an email to say partial order has been dispatched. Partial? Odd. Check the order via WIT website and it said nothing about it being out of stock or any issues with it so I decided to email the help address with my query. A truly WONDERFUL person called Hannah Knight came back to me to inform there had been a stock error in the warehouse and that in actual fact my top was not available and I had been immediately refunded. After responding to Hannah with a few queries regarding this refund, she responded quickly and beyond efficiently. Whilst disappointed I don't get the item I want, I cannot fault the customer service I have received. Thank you WIT and thank you Hannah Knight.

Great store and great online shop. The returns process however needs some work. I recently returned some items I ordered online as they didn't fit. The automated system advising when you return has been received by the company was impeccable. But it is then 25 working days to return my money to me (that's 5 full weeks!). Which is just WAY too long.

WIT has been incredibly helpful. Best service I have ever had. I am from South Africa, and realized after I placed my order for a pair of weightlifting shoes, that I ordered a size too big. I haven't even received the shoes yet as they are still in customs (who knows how long that will take), and WIT has already acknowledged my need for return, and logged it on their system, with a guarantee of a refund. In the mean time, before I even have my refund, I re-ordered another pair in the correct size. That is a huge risk but WIT has ensured me everything is in order and I could not feel more trusting after their incredible service and response. My husband purchased some trainers for me online, which rather unfortunately turned out to be faulty. On contacting the customer service team via the live chat, I was responded to very quickly by Sam Cornforth. Sam was incredibly helpful from the off, advising me of my options. When I had decided that I would like to exchange for another pair of trainers (not like for like), I contacted Sam via email to request the exchange. Not only did Sam respond very swiftly, the exchange was offered with complimentary next day delivery and no additional charges. I wish there were more people who worked in customer services like Sam! WIT-Fitness are an awesome supplier... bought many things from them and this last item I used G Pay for a change (Not sure why!!!) anyway there was an old work address stored and I didn't notice that the delivery had been set to this.... tracked parcel with Royal Mail and just saw it had been returned to sender .... argh!!!! Check my order and spotted the address... my bad... Got onto chat with Sam who has now updated my order and as soon as the order returns he is getting it back out to me next day delivery.... I’m the co-owner of CrossFit Great Stour. I purchased a pair of Nobulls in February 19 and by May 19 they’d started to get holes in with the soles splitting around the front of the shoe. I’d worn them at competition, during the Open and trained regularly in them. I felt though, after owning various pairs of Metcons, Nanos and Inov8’s that they’d worn out incredibly quickly and was disappointed with the general robustness and punishment these shoes could take. I contact team WIT and was promptly responded to and looked after by Sam Cornforth. He arranged immediate collection of the shoes and sent out a replacement via next day delivery. This was outstanding customer service. To top it off they also sent out a care package loaded with patches for myself and my members. Thank you Sam and to the team at WIT.

Stopped at their tent at the Reebok CrossFit Games in Madison this year. We ended up picking up a few small things. 1 of them being a white CrossFit trade mark decal. Had a issue with the white vinyl separating from the clear shield. Shot them a message on Instagram. Worked with Sam. Unfortunately those decals were made specifically for The Games. Sam went above what most would have for a bad sticker. We came to a compromise. I am very happy with the service, and outcome. I’d recommend wit fitness. WiT have been amazing! Purchased Ltd Edition Nike Flyknit 3 Invictus in March 2019 but there was a fault with the product that gradually got worse and even after 4months (when they eventually became unwearable) from purchase after contacting WiT they took the faulty pair back and exchanged them for the WiT Legacy lifters (my choice, I was offered a WiT voucher) which actually had a slightly higher value. Sam Cornforth - Employee of the month. This absolute GEEZA managed to swiftly attend to a dilemma regarding the receiving of a Nike Dry Fit Hoodie, rather then the ordered Nike Dry Fit Joggers.
