C. J.I went into the chill factor today and I was struggling to find a pair of ski boots so I was helped by Lee, he molded my feet into the boots and they fit like a glove! He couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. Thanks Lee and thanks to chill factorE
J. B.I took my skis in to be serviced about 7pm on a Friday, and despite being lateish on a Friday night, the two female members of staff on the desk (sorry I didn't catch their names) were really helpful and friendly.

N. O.Went for a boot fitting for ski boots, service was excellent, spent 3 hours getting the right fitting boots, nothing was too much trouble for them, they went through every detail to ensure the boots fitted. Would highly recommend them.
Staff were friendly and chatty, made 3 hours of trying painful boots on pass quickly until they found the right combination for me.
A.I went to Snow and Rock last year to buy some boots. Unfortunately I struggled with the boots and eventually took them back. The Manager replaced the boots free of charge with a completely new fitted pair of Salomon Pro 120's, and I have to say they are the most comfortable boots I have ever had on my feet and yet still get great performance. Great service and a huge than you Snow & Rock!

Guy who did my gait analysis seemed a bit casual and I was worried he was just trying to make me take the most expensive option... but kudos to him for getting me the right shoes. Really knew what he was doing 'cos no pains since.
T. B.This is what I would call a "quality only" shop. They don't do cheap. Only the best stuff. I think you pay for what get. So it's worth going here for the special item you want, or the brand u like but watch ur wallet, ur going to end up spending ur self out of house n home! :-)
