Great session yesterday with Will to get ski boots fitted for my weirdly wide feet. He spent a good couple of hours questioning, measuring, getting me to try on different options and then fine-tuning the chosen Head Edge Lyt 110s. I then tested the boots on the slope next door for an hour, after which Will made the last small boot-bending adjustments for a perfect fit. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my novice skier questions and I'm delighted with the result. Not the cheapest source of these boots but you cannot beat the personal service and expert attention to fine detail. I'm very glad I chose EB for my first ever boot purchase. Thanks Will.

Great highly knowledgeable, patient and friendly service for boot fitting. Jess spent over 3 hrs with me to find the perfect ski boots. At no point did I feel rushed and she provided great input for fine tuning throughout. Custom moulded insoles completed the package. I can’t recommend EB enough or the great team at their MK store.

Travelled up from London for a ski boot fitting with intention of testing out my new boots straight afterwards in the snow dome. The service was brilliant from Dara; he had great advice, listened to my comments and found me a lovely snug pair of boots which were moulded to my feet & felt great on the snow. Thanks also to Will who remounted my bindings perfectly. All the staff we spoke with were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. A really great experience at Ellis Brigham MK.

Great customer service. Popped in today for a quick look around as my partner and I have a snowboard trip coming up. We were really impressed by the level of service and knowledge of their staff. Being overwhelmed with what snowboard boots to get, Cara and Callum helped us with all the options available to us based on our riding styles and ability. They took the time to speak to us and explained what would be best. My partner has previous injuries with her feet and Cara's experience with snowboarding equipment really showed. Even through they didn't have a lot of stock in as it's the end of the season, Cara told my partner what details and feature to look for in boots elsewhere. Going back next week with a list of more kit I need! No pushy sale tactics, no up selling, just good honest people.

Had a ski boot fitting, really great advice and help. No hard sell or pressure to buy anything. Tried several boots on to find the right ones, then after a session on the slopes I was able to get them customized for an even better fit. Nice bunch of people highly recommend 👍👍🤙🤙🤙

Popped in today with my partner after speaking with a lovely lady last week. Spoke to Cara today who could not have been more helpful! Gave me some great advice about jackets and did a really thorough boot fitting for some snowboard boots. I have longstanding ankle injuries and really wide feet and she was able to quickly and efficiently recommend some boots for me that were super comfortable. Will be back next week with the card to buy! My partner had a boot fitting by Callum who was also super friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. Every member of staff we spoke to was great and really went the extra mile. The staff definitely deserve recognition for their brilliant customer service. All in all an absolutely great shopping experience for a novice snowboarder.

Great customer service by Will in arranging for two pairs of shoes to be delivered to the Milton Keynes store so I can try them on for best fit. Very impressed that this no upfront payment 'click and reserve' service is available. Also that Ellis Brigham will price match. Overall very happy with my experience today. The two team members who carried out my ski boot fitting were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the irritating team member, presumably a supervisor, who butted in when I stated my budget to say that I should never look at the price or shop with a budget. If only we could all live in this dreamland where money is no object... After I completely ignored this pest, I came away with a pair of ski boots roughly in my price range that felt perfectly fitted. Very happy. Thank you so much to the two actually helpful people!
