For a large shop teeming with staff, I always find it hard to get assistance. When you do eventually manage to get help, they are always so painfully shy. Come on JD Sports help coach the kids a little 🤷🏻‍♂️

Well after a member of staff asked me if I needed served he told me he would not be long nearly 15 mins later no sign did not seem to be many staff around and alot of people were looking around for help during this time who I assume was the manager along side a lady who he was telling about the merchandising of the shoes on show if it was the manager there was no concern about people waiting to be served also during this time staff were appearing out a door in the corner some om mobile phones talking and just walked past people other times been in this shop you are asked about 3 or 4 times can they help also long q to be served only 2 staff on tills which was held up at times by returns need to make sure staff are on the floor

Good for getting sports clothes and foot wear that other shops don't do and are brand new and new on the shop floor for you a bit pricey but that is how it goes but you get the best for your penny's and the staff is friendly and helpful

Prefer this store than metrocentre much bigger and spaced out and seems like theres more choice dont know if its because it's a bigger store but always like a bit more space when I'm out shopping nothing worse that bumping into each other especially at Christmas time when everyones a bit stressed out already.

Would always recommend this place for everyone to go to who wants kitted out. Staff are friendly. There is hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in and everyone has kept 2 meters apart :)

Went to store for a click and collect order, asked a young member of staff where I had to go to collect my delivery, she was quite snotty but still informed me of where I had to go. The girl on the till was lovley friendly and polite also very helpful when I had questions regarding returns policy if needed. Overall very happy as always with JD sports.

It's full of sports stuff, no real coherence to the pace, just look around to until you find what you're looking for. A Bonus: You don't get pestered by every sales floor staff member asking if you need help.

It's a amazing place to visit and has some great deals on items and a few bargains online it's a great place for family 👪

Excellent selection of sports equipment, was looking for a specialist tennis request and found very little choice of request disappointing. Like the choice of sport shoes and ended up buying a new pair. Very comfortable and sorted out an issue with heel pain. Store a bit of a mess though
