I spent approx £1500 there already, and I can honestly say, every penny left there was money well spend. They have good variety of products, best quality of the equipment and sometimes you can pick a good bargain om their sale offer. Thsre were instances when they messed up my order - like they send wrong riser pads for my board or no griptape, but after I sent the email the mistake was corrected immediately and the stuff I ordered was send free of charge! Customer service quality to be taken as an example! I can honestly say - best online skate store in the UK!

Ordered two Skateboards for Xmas for my Grandsons. Unfortunately when they arrived the boxes they were in were ruined. This in my opinion was the fault of the courier. I called Native about new boxes. They told me to contact the email address on my invoice and explain what had happened. I was contacted within 24 hours after my email with an apology and 2 new boxes arrived within another 48 hours. Great service.

Truly great service. Ordered a deck, they gripped it (fairly standard but still), they chucked some free bearings and stickers in and the order came the next day aaand they use DPD who (now they've got their mobile tracking app) can do no wrong in my eyes (so far). Oh and crucially they are a skater owned shop!

Love this shop. Online service and delivery is really easy and fast also very convenient because you get a text an hour before delivery. The staff in store are really friendly and helpful and service is great.Also they have a large selection of clothing, decks, trucks, bearings, hardware, mags, shoes and completes.

Order a deck and a few bits and pieces yesterday and got a despatch notification within an hour. everything was well packed and the bubble wrap on the deck should be done by all companies unfortunately it isn't and I've had decks turn up from other places scratched (I should be the one who scratches my deck) items arrived the next day free and the free shipping amount was lower than some other stores I tend to use. I think native will be my go to skate store from now on.
