Wandering around the store we spotted the Peloton bikes and stopped for a chat to Patrick. His enthusiasm and product knowledge prompted us to buy the bike. He knew everything about it and left us in no doubt we would enjoy it. The bike has now been delivered and we are making the most of all its functionality. Definitely recommend testing one out and chatting to Patrick. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I popped into Peloton Newcastle today for a bike fit after buying our Bike+ a month ago. Patrick Nzuzi did a great job fine tuning our bike settings and was friendly and professional. His colleague Aidan also helped us out with some technical advice and told us how to apply for our £270 discount. All in all a very good experience and both great ambassadors for the Peloton brand. Amazing from start to finish. I do not do gym, never have and don't think I ever will. If I could drive upstairs to the loo I would. One day while walking through John Lewis Newcastle wife saw Patrick and his Pelaton consession and I urged her to have a closer look as she is missing out on gym time as a new mummy. We had a brief chat and she came away very intruiged but conscious of the price of the bike. Wife's birthday was approaching so I decided to contact Patrick and ask more about these bikes that she seemed to hold in such high regard and the option of getting one as a surprise birthdau gift. From this moment the service I recieved from Pelaton and particularly Patrick has been second to none, I was walked through the whole process in simple easy to understand terms, offered the 30 day money back guarantee incase she decided it wasn't for her, shown all the features of the bike (which all made sense but meant nothing to me) and explained about the 3 years 0% finance on offer. Me being me tried every way possible to haggle with Patrick and, price I paid aside, I left feeling like I had gotten a great deal on a bike that I thought would be very much appreciated. My great service didn't end there, the day after purchase there was a special offer announced which decreased the price by £200, I contacted Pelaton and Patrick called me to tell me I would be eligible for a 200 refund. At the time of purchase we had arranged a delivery date and slot to suit me but the day before delivery I decided to change my mind and thought I'd send an email to chance it and see if I could move the slot "sure when to?" Was the reply I received, I was blown away as we were potentially only approximately 14 hours from delivery. My next contact with pelaton was also pre delivery to ask about availability of adding some accessories to my purchase, well you can probably guess where this is going, acsessories to add, delivery day, delivery guys, follow up calls all very professional and basically amazing service from start to finish. Today is first full day the bike is in the house and we already had a zoom call with Patrick as the wife struggled to clip the shoes into the pedal cleats, couple of quick tips and she gets on and off like a pro now. This review isn't about the bike, the bike is great and she already knew that as she used them all the time at the gym, this review is about the service and if anyone is set on getting one of these bikes you could do much worse than a trip to Newcastle and John Lewis to see one of the most helpful people I've ever met, top marks pelaton and top marks Patrick 👍

I have had my peloton bike for coming up to two years now. I went in to the John Lewis peloton show room in newcastle and was chatting to the staff and they booked me in for a bike fit. I had followed the information provided by peloton to set up my bike but thought it was a great opportunity to check the fit is right. Aidan took my through my bike, explaining every step and what he was checking for. Turns out my bike was set up perfectly (apart from the handle bar height). I just completed my first class with the handle bar raised and what a difference! I can’t recommend peloton enough, if you’re in doubt go into the showroom and give it a go. There’s no “hard sell” (they don’t need to, it sells itself) if I had the space I’d have the tread by now too!

My son, partner and I had a recent Peloton bike fitting at John Lewis Newcastle store with Patrick. As we are all different heights and sizes we wanted to make sure that our bike seat / handlebar heights were right for each of us to avoid injury and improve efficiency on the bike. From start to finish Patrick and the team were both helpful and friendly. We had a great experience and came away with individual settings for the bike and also changes to our cleat positions on our Peloton bike shoes. Patrick was very knowledgeable and professional (explaining all the different measurements individually to us) but also so approachable and friendly - we had a good laugh! I’d highly recommend anyone to have a bike fitting with the Newcastle team - they provide a fabulous service!

Went in for a bike fit and Patrick and Terri we both great really knowledgeable about how we should be set up and explained even a tweak in the cleats will help. Was also in the week before and Patrick gave us a demo of the new guide so we added that to our collection as well

Visited Newcastle John Lewis today for shopping trip and ended up getting a free set up for my Peloton + bike. I got talking to Patrick who was very helpful and asked me what Peloton I had and how I could get a free set up. It only took 10 mins and is Absolutely brilliant! I wasn’t far off with my own bike settings but this has made a massive improvement! Thanks Patrick 👍🏻
