C. T.Can’t argue with the prices, all the gloves I looked at were cheaper than they were on Pro-direct which has always been my go to. It took longer than I would have liked to learn when my products were being dispatched (I did also check my junk mail) but that is resolved.
Nice website with all the big players for sale I liked the cut descriptions for those of us who don’t fully understand all the cuts and what they actually mean. I’d just ask for even an automated email after the order is placed. I think it is something people have come to expect these days.
F.If you have any questions about your order you’d better send an email to “[email protected]” and not to the email they give you in the website. Using this email they wrote me as as soon as possible and they fixed my problem quickly. I’ll give you 4 stars just because at first I’ve got some problems and you didn’t answer me and I’ve been lucky to find that email to get in touch with you, you should change the contact email you provide in your website. Apart from that, good customer service if you write to the right email.
