Good selection of shoes at reasonable prices. However, lack of staff made our visit twice as long as it should have been. Also, staff didn't have a foot measuring device and they wouldn't check my sons shoe snugnes/sizing and said they don't do that and I needed to do it. I Wasn't really sure what I was checking but brought them anyway.

Took a pair of Karrimor walking trainers back after the lace loop snapped, they were only 4 months old. Not sure if they would be happy to replace them but found a very helpful response from staff member Anthony who was so helpful and found a replacement pair in minutes. Thanks for a great service.

I visit here regularly and have found that there are some real bargains to be had. This place has a lift, escalator and stairs as it is on the first floor. I am not aware of any toilet facilities here, it does have changing/ fitting rooms. It has a huge selection of sporting equipment and clothing it also does some casual clothing it's the same for the footwear dept, there is also a large selection of coats.Staff are helpful but there can be queues at the till. Whatever you are looking for in sporting or casual it is worth a look here, prices are cheaper than elsewhere.

After a lengthy search for the right white trainers and lots of patience from all of the staff I've finally got the trainers I've been looking for.As always staff friendly/ helpful and knowledgeable about best trainers for me.A1 service as always ,that's why I keep going back

It's normally one of the best stores on the Isle of Wight for sports goods however recently I haven't found anything either to my tastes or what I wanted to buy. I will keep going I expect it to be an anomaly due to the events in the past year

We were able to buy new walking shoes and trainers at very reasonable prices. If you're prepared to forego the trendier brands, there's no need to spend a small fortune.

Had to nip in here on the whim as I ripped my trainers, easy to search for the trains I wanted and loads on offer at the time as well, had a good selection of summer clothes out as well, only criticism for the visit wasn't that the staff weren't helpfull because they were, the ladie nipped off to find my size no problem and came back quickly and it was a strate foreward transaction at the till, it was just of the 4 staff members I saw, not one of them smiled at any point I was there. But am realy happy with trainers
