I bought a scope from them it wasn't the one I wanted my mistake they changed it for me no problem at all I also bought a airgun from them that seemed to have a air leak the guys took the gun in and kept it over nighe to find the problem phone call the next morning job Don . Thanks guys for the advice and fantastic service I will definitely be coming back 👍

I was recommended this by a friend of my daughter's and what an excellent recommendation it was. Dave was very helpful and guided us on what i needed. Didn't spend a fortune but got what we needed and so far its done just what i needed it to do. Will definitely be returning for more.😊
G. G.After a long break of many years from clay shooting, I visited the Newport store on Tuesday to buy some cartridges and browse. As soon as i walked in i was greated by a happy & polite chap in the gun room. When i walked into the other side of the store there were a few customers chatting with the staff and i was again greeted with a welcome from the Staff (Stuart i think). The staff member asked if they could help and listened to what i had to say and offered sound advice. They allowed me to wander around and browse the shotguns etc and when finished i was served without delay. I walked away happy with the service and the good value for money cartridges. I didn't spend £1000s but will gladly return without hesitation.

Delt with Dave who has ordered my next air rifle and I can't wait to get it! I also picked up an new CO2 pistol while I was there. Dave was great to deal with he knew his stuff and couldn't be more helpful. Can't wait to return to collect my new rifle!

The shop is well stocked and you will probably find everything you want, except for that shopping experience or retail therapy.
The staff don't engage, it's more like a library.
T. O.Very well stocked and knowledgeable staff. The shop is a bit tucked away at the back of an industrial estate but once you're inside it's comparable with some of the posher gunshops in London (but a lot better value).
