Tracey who works at Trespass in Newport, had been extremely helpful with sorting my return and getting my exchange for a pair of male wellies. She is helpful and polite. I ordered two items and she was helpful to contact me when my other order came in. One point to note about ordering on Trespass website, they show sizes in European sizes and the size guide does not show you UK equivilent, so best to check a conversion chart to get the right size. Saying that the exhange and refund done in store was hassle free.

Tracey was so helpful, i went in saturday and bought mens t shirts but my daughter also bought a skirt and top after admiring them after Tracey had not long set them up near the till. Tracey your customer skills were excellent and made us very welcome and safe to shop in this current pandemic, you are an asset to the company.

Amazing value for money. High quality winter clothes at really affordable prices. Good variety as well. We bought walking shoes and kids jackets and for adults we bought a lot as well. I just could not believe how great the prices were. We are from Perth and to get anything similar we have to go to a store like Kathmandu and pay 3 times as much and the quality would be comparable. Staff are friendly and goods are well displayed. Tq for a great shopping experience ..

The manager is really useful and has the best customer service. Despite being a busy time she took extra time to make sure we were fully informed . Other staff members needed a bit more training.

A lot more boutique than "outlet", but a pretty decent range on offer. A quick prce-check confirmed genuine offers. The main benefit of in-store shopping - not sure I would have chosen the size I did if I had shopped online.

Saved my bacon when I needed tent pegs in a hurry! Not cheap approx twice the price of Halfords but staff were helpful and they had what i needed. Probably best for outdoor clothing and walking boots etc.

Visiting from Southampton to buy last minute Christmas presents, the store (and town!) was so busy but a lady called Tracey took the time to stop, help me out and find a bargain for Dad for Christmas!! So nice to see a smiling face willing to help xx
