After hearing much praise regarding Northampton Motorsport and especially their director, Troy, I decided to book my Caterham in for a new ECU and full mapping session. From initial contact, Troy was superb with his lengthy and informative responses, and was happy to answer the multitude of questions I had. A day or so before the session, Troy contacted me to let me know that unfortunately he couldn't be there for my pre-booked session, however I'd be in good hands with Alex for the afternoon. I was a bit apprehensive about this, however I absolutely needn't have been; Alex, although young, was absolutely superb. A thorough professional, happy to talk me through what he was doing and involve me, but also happy to crack on with the workload. And it was quite the workload, with me being there for over 5 hours as Alex wanted to ensure we got the various configs absolutely spot on. And the end result has transformed the way my Caterham drives, adding in a welcome layer of civility to normal driving, but still retaining all the top-end performance. I can highly recommend Northampton Motorsport.

Took my track car for a full 4 wheel alignment. They talked through it in some detail and went through the specs before and after. Really good service. It’s not the cheapest but when you see the sort of cars they deal and the level of service you get you will understand why. Will return 👍

Contacted Northampton Motorsport and through superb email contact and a friendly phone call with Troy, I arranged to take my Mk1 MX5 to the guys for a fast road alignment after a disastrous attempt by a local tyre fitters who also told me I had a rear left wishbone issue. Friendly staff from start to finish and 1.5 hours later the car had been correctly set up with their recommended MX5 fast road alignment settings and had been corner-weight checked. Additionally, because they knew exactly what they were doing they confirmed there was nothing wrong with the rear left wishbone, it just took the correct skill and knowledge that they clearly have and now the car steers smoothly and handles superbly. Printouts provided for the alignment and corner-weight checks and overall a superb service so I wouldn't hesitate to trust them again with my car any time!

Highly experienced and knowledgable team with a friendly can-do attitude. They take time to explain anything you want to know about rally prep, race prep, engine build, engine mapping, ECU diagnostics and fuel injection set up. Had my pocket rocket in for diagnostics and a check on the engine map. They ran it on the rolling road and we got really good horsepower in just a couple of hours. Great service and I will definitely be back.

Super bunch of guys & did a great job doing the Geo & mapping on my Westie. Not only did they do a good job, but they made the whole experience a pleasurable one explaining everything as they went. There was even a problem with my injectors which could have put an end to the mapping session, but rather than down tools, they did their best & solved the problem their & then.

Contacted them last week for a service on my VRS. Very friendly on the phone and couldn't do enough to help. Picked up my car today 23/06/20 and had the same experience when picking up my car, advised me to do my tires before winter and didnt pressure to get them done there and then like some places. Stage 2 service done which blows the dealership major service out the water and feels like I'm driving a new car now. Will recommend to all my friends and just earnt 3 new customers.
