r.Absolutely brilliant customer service. Enquired about a bench that my son had been given, needed manual and workout ideas. Within half an hour I had both after contacting them by email. Would highly recommend. The bench he has been given is over 10 years old apparently but is still solid as a rock!
D. R.Great experience dealing with these guys. Had a fault with my X-trainer which was around 4 years old. Support were very helpful and prompt with advice. The fault could have been one of two things, so I ordered what I thought most likely, which was the wrong option, but they made returning it easy.

A. T.Although I have had, and used, my Active 120 2 in 1 X-trainer and bike combined for nearly five years, the staff at York Fitness made my visits friendly and informative. The 2 in 1 has given faultless service for all the time I have owned it and only went wrong a couple of weeks ago. The fault was traced (by the staff) to a couple of items and they were very quick to deliver the necessary spares. A real breath of fresh air from all at York fitness - very professional and did what they said they would. Thank you

M. C.Bought the York Active 120 bike for use at home and it has been great so far. Solid and comfortable it does exactly what I need and has a variety of programmes which keeps it interesting. Would recommend, especially for the price.

D. B.I recently purchased some adjustable Ankle Weights from York Fitness. Because of some reviews I had seen in the media I thoroughly checked them when they arrived. There was a small hole in one of the weight pockets so I asked York Fitness by email to send me a new ankle cuff because it would be cheaper than returning the complete package under warranty. York Fitness responded within minutes saying that they did not have spares but would send a complete new sent of ankle weights and that I could keep the original set or throw it out. So FIVE STARS for service and customer satisfaction.
t. b.When our cross trainer aspire started recording an error. I did an online seach and found out the cause (servo motor) . I stripped the machine down and observed the part malfunction. I located the part on the York website . ordered it and within a couple of days it had arrived. Brilliant. I fitted ir and all is well again.

D. S.My York heart rate monitor developed a problem which I could not resolve. It was well out of warranty, but they sent me a demo model as a replacement free of charge. That's got to be 20 out of 10 for customer service.
P. J.The delivery went very well no problems there. The treadmill I purchased looks a bit amateur and cost probably reflected in the price. Hence £399.99 instead of £645. I haven't got further than unpacking and inspecting the treadmill before noticing that the screen in front isn't set properly. There is a big bubble in it. I have since written to York and am awaiting their reply on what they intend to do about it. I haven't got so far as to inspect the rest of it yet. I have left it in case they want it back in which case I would have to dismantle it again.
