Absolutely amazing service!! Fairly new to boarding & the staff helped find the perfect board for me which was on sale for half price! They were so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly & not pushy at all. We have since been back to buy a bag for the board as well. Would much rather give a local shop like Snowfit my custom after such a great customer service experience!
Thanks guys! :)

Purchased a new pair ski and binding. Excellent service. Chris is very professional and he fully understood my need when mounting the ski binding. Highly recommended.

My wife and I upgraded our ski boots here. And the service is incredible! Relaxed no pressure sales team. Low to high end equipment too. Thank you

In a world where many of us buy online sometimes we can forget that "true" customer service is delivered face to face. Having visited Snowfit for the first time yesterday if you are looking for any new winter sports equipment then please, please visit this store. Was it worth the 160 mile round trip? Absolutely. Chris and the team went above and beyond in not only listening to what we wanted but then providing adjustments to our kit, giving professional advice and guiding us with our new purchases. These guys are genuinely interested in providing honest advice that is focused on looking after you and I, the customer. How refreshing to be told that the "boots you have are just right and that you don't need to buy new ones". We have all suffered in not being able to get on the slopes but it may not have hit our businesses, it has affected these guys. So give them a try before you buy elsewhere and support a business that genuine supports us.

Not sure what magic they sprinkled on my skis, but they run like mad - better than new. Tried other shops before, but nothing comes close. First time I put on my skis and actually felt a difference. Thanks team!

Just had a great experience purchasing full ski touring kit for me and my wife from John at Snowfit. Over the course of 4 or 5 lengthy phone calls, John answered every query we had; explained all the ins and outs of the technicalities of skis, bindings, skins and boots; weighed skis on the shop's postal scales to verify weights(!); gave us discounts on the already excellent prices; and (last but not least) entertained me with his take on the state of the nation in terms of the Government😀. He even went so far as to try on ski boots himself for me and also got a colleague of the same foot size as me to try them too. Definitely worth a punt on the price that the boots were on sale for. The boots have arrived and seem to fit fine. The rest of the kit is fantastic too. I can't speak highly enough of the service I have received - definitely a 10 out of 10.

I purchased a pair of skis/bindings online from this company. I was extremely pleased with the entire process - they gave me great advice re bindings setup and they were pleasurable to deal with from start to finish. The skis were a great price and shipping was excellent - they arrived the day after ordering. I have no hesitation recommending this company and will use them again.

I've used Snowfit twice now to buy skis for the family, the service and advice has been second to none on every occasion, the company is run by skiers for skiers, they care and obviously have an interest in the company's success and are motivated to ensure happy customers. Prices are very competitive and the offer to take back skis if they are not suitable underlines their confidence in "getting it right". I can't say enough in praise and I am recommending them to everyone! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Very happy customer!

Chris went above and beyond to get me out of a real pickle - awesome customer service and scouting around to find the parts I needed at an impressive pace - they arrived the next day!
Cheers pal!

I popped along to Snowfit in October last year to get my Salomon boots heat moulded and enquire about the possibility of purchasing a pair of skis. Like many people I was drowning my 2021 skiing sorrows by spending the money I'd saved on kit for the following season, in the vague hope that 2022 might prove more accommodating to my plans.
I say 'popped along' but as it turned out I was there for well over an hour - probably nearer two. The lady that served me was, I believe, Jess (that's the name on my invoice) and she could not have been more helpful. The boot fitting process was far more involved and thorough than I'd anticipated and my feet (and my boots) felt thoroughly looked after. And the results - well, I'll come on to them in a bit.
We then moved on to skis. Now, what you have to understand is that I'm one of those awkward people with a little bit of knowledge, ie. just enough for me to think I know something, but not enough to be useful. I also expressed a preference for the colour orange. Like I said, awkward.
I explained my experience, what I was looking for, and the journey began. I can only assume that Jess must be the most patient human in the world. She suggested several options, and I 'ummed' and 'ahhed' my way through all of them. I never felt rushed, or got any sense that I was being difficult, although I've no doubt I was. Jess was the very definition of tolerance and helpfulness. In the end I went for the Nordica Enforcer 88s and picked them up a week later.
And now I'll get to the upshot of all this.
I've just come back from a week in Alta Badia in the Italian Dolomites, an area I've visited on several occasions. However, I have never had such a good week of skiing before in my life. I'm sure there are many skis that would have proven an improvement on hire skis, but the Enforcers felt like the perfect match for my skiing. They gave me confidence hire skis never have and my skiing came on leaps and bounds. And, equally importantly, my feet were the most comfortable they've ever been in boots.
So, getting finally to the point, thank you Snowfit. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I wish I had a better way of expressing that, but other than continuing to make sure that all my winter sports related purchases come through you, and strongly advising anyone that will listen that they should do likewise, I'm afraid my thanks and gratitude are all I have to offer.
