Fantastic next day delivery. I bought some Celestron 9x63mm binoculars for star gazing. These are amazing, really well made, superb crystal clear view. Supplied with soft carry case and strap. Just the job for looking at the night sky. Highly recommend.

Excellent service ordered a vest arrived but didn’t fit ,sent it back on the Friday they emailed me Monday and exchanged it for a different size and colour arrived Tuesday. Brilliant communication and service will definitely be using again

I placed an order for two fishing bags from this company late Wednesday evening and I received them on the Friday morning! Bought some Aigle wellies for my wife nearly two years ago from Uttings and they've now started to split up the sides of both boots. I got in touch with Uttings and Simon was very helpful in asking for photos of the problem and quickly offered a refund (wellies are no longer stocked). Refund payment received via PayPal, so writing this to highlight really excellent customer service. Will definitely use Uttings again for their well-priced footwear!

I placed my order on the Friday and it was delivered free of charge on the Saturday. I got nearly nearly 30% off my new Terra Nova tent and it was the cheapest I could find with the best service. 6 star service plus. Ordered a MTC scope from these guys. The scope was faulty no fault of Uttings. Phone them on the Thursday by mid Friday a new scope was delivered and the faulty one taken away. Don't really know how I came across Uttings' website, but saw a pair of Merrell boots that I thought would suit and fit me. So I (very reluctantly !) ordered, had delivery the following day with very good tracking info, opened the parcel, tried on the boots, they fit perfectly, very good arch- and ankle support. Look forward to walking again I think. How weird is that, receiving a good and suitable pair of walking boots through the internet! Well, Merrell make good shoes and Uttings look and excellent supplier to me. Happy to use this company again
