Pretty good but compared to other branches , pretty disappointing. Ok selection in store (although Quite a few out of stock) , layout of the store is a bit confusing and could definitely be better signposted. Changing rooms have quite a dodgy locking system which needs fiddling before actually ensuring they’re locked.

The staff are amazing. I went in today to get my son kitted out for a week residential trip with school. I asked Ash for help and he was amazing. He listened to what we needed and took us through all of the options. He actually spoke to my 10 year old son and had a real conversation with him, unlike other shops I've been in where they only speak to the adult. Ash was so relaxed, friendly and very knowledgeable about everything we needed. Such an amazing member of staff, I was so impressed I spoke to a manager and told her about the excellent service and I was so pleased. Overall a fantastic experience and we came away with everything we went in there for. I can't praise the staff enough.

First time shopping here with my daughter and ill definitely be back. As a larger, and taller lady I struggle to find decent leggings and tops to train in but Decathlon had a fantastic range and I was at the colour range. We had lots of support from a customer advisor called Oliver who was brilliant. He explained the sizes to us and that although larger sizes weren't unfortunately in the shop they could be ordered so after we'd sorted out what I needed Oliver helped place my order, I paid and my items were delivered to my home address a few days later. If they didn't fit I could go back to the store and change them. No going back unless I'm ordering more as my leggings fit beautifully (I'm glad I ordered two in different colours) and the sports top was a perfect fit as well. The chaging rooms were really good and generous,size wise. The whole store was very clean and well organised. Staff were friendly, professional and approachable so a big 10/10 there and an even bigger thank you to Oliver for his support and patience.

Easy access and free parking, although busy found a space easily, new store layout is nice but had a pretty limited choice for what I wanted, had budget mostly and a couple of very expensive choices but quite a limited mid range. Had planned to spend a load in store but now going to get stuff online. I went for cycling equipment don't know if it's the same for all sports. Or just a supply thing over Christmas.

Lovely staff. I bought a coat for my elderly mother who has dementia and is in a wheelchair, the coat was tricky to get on because of reduced mobility. Unfortunately the labels had been taken off and thrown away so I was concerned there may be an issue with the return. No issue at all and the girl on the returns desk was very sympathetic and helpful. Keep up the good work 😊

I went shopping yesterday morning. Got what I can for and there’s is lots of great stuff. Paid by card but had to input my code rather than tap. I forgot to collect my card. I went to a funeral before I found out I had no card. I called the store, spoke with Jamie. He confirmed they had my bank card. I couldn’t get there before the store closed but he offered to help and call me back. He did and arranged for site security to have the card so I can collect it on my way back home. He was amazing. His service was excellent, he went above and beyond and is an absolute credit to your company. Please thank him in my behalf.

I shop at death regularly and i have NEVER been disappointed with any of my purchases.. my only criticism is they don't really sell any of the big brand trainers or clothing. But there own range as a wide range of choices and styles to suit every budget.

Parking is a doddle; spaces are a little tight though, so park further away and walk. Plenty of room, even on weekends. The store is well laid out and has plenty of stock. The sizes are European but have lots of other equivalents on each tag. The self check out is amazingly simple: RFID tags ring up each item as you drop them into the bin!

The store is a good spacious layout which is presented well, getting a member of staff to answer our questions was a bit if an issue but I'll put that down to it being the first day open in ages due to lockdown. My only real issue is that you are stopped from trying on any clothing or sunglasses to see if they fit before buying, I presume this is down to government guidelines but his did stop me from buying the things I needed as I won't buy without trying on first.

Brilliant place if you have any issues with your bike. Booked mine in with a guy called Chris who couldn't do enough to help. Took all the crank bits off and checked nothing was loose anywhere. Rode home and it seemed much better. Will definitely use them for anything in future.

Great place as always.! Lots to see and buy especially for me I go in for one item for one sport come out with 5 other different items for two other sports I enjoy.! Great friendly staff and not always there when you need help which is a shame. Since covid Decathlon are still implementing precision’s ie hand sanitisers all over the shop and there is still paper towels for you to wipe down trolleys and hand baskets. Overall I love the shop as it caters for a few sports that I partake in.

Not been to decathlon for about 5 years. Check out systems changed, but who's hasnt I guess but once you get the hang of dropping items in the box seems to make sense. 11 Months ago... Shop was very CV19 safe but a little short on stock... Visit fine... 5th June 2021 Store relatively fully stocked this time. I arrived at 9am so perhaps later in the day it wouldn't be. Store was immaculate. I've only ever been in later in the day when it's Primark untidy.. Got cycling shorts as my present shorts purchased from the same store 5 years ago are being retired. They were great value at the time and have lasted around 5 thousand miles... Thanks Decathlon...

Lovely stock in. Helpful and friendly staff had a bra fitting but sadly they had very limited bars in my new size, however they did say they would order in what ever I wanted for the next day. Their camping stuff is second to none and the free gait analysis in the running department is a great addition. The staff are always helpful and its a good location for a unit this size. I ran the London marathon in a pair of their lower end running shoes and they lasted me a good 6 months after too.

N the man who served me was very helpful indeed with size etc. Also in the "good ole days" u used to be able to muck around on the bikes and scooters and things ... Better quality than sports direct, but, the kit really does do the job it's designed for. Can be cases of 'you get what you pay for' mind. In 2010 got some waterproof walking boots for the deep snow. They were brilliant. Outside was literally wet through, but, my feet were as dry as a bone. Same as the gloves and those were cheap ones at that! Always shop here 1st for stuff.

This was the first Decathlon I ever visited. I was like jaw drop on floor, every sport you can think of has it's own isle. Bought a black jacket, still have it today, and that was like eleven years ago. It's made out of that wet suit style material, stops the wind, feels like a second skin (Quechua). Would give it six stars if I could..
