Could Issac get a management shoutout please! I made a number of visits to many different JD stores on the run up to Christmas - to be told a particular size of Adidas trainer was ‘out of stock’ and ‘very unlikely to arrive at any store this close to Christmas’! Not only did Issac check his store, but other stores also and located a pair within a 40 minute drive away - which I purchased in time for Christmas! Issac showed initiative, gave me time and above all showed true customer service skills! I real credit to JD Sports. Thank you Issac.

Very good experience. Very professional staff, and client oriented and plenty of attention to detail. The shop is packed with products for a sporty wear, from sneakers to all types of more semi professional footwear. The clothing section is also good to check out. But the dominance is in the shoes brands plus other small stuff, here and there. The place looked very well organised.

Dirty changing rooms I was quiet disappointed, but they seem to get away with this. Customers service seems a thing of the past. These days. For such exspensive items. But will return. But will order on line.

Went into the Clumber st store in Nottingham looked at trainers found a nice pair no staff around to help apart from 2 very young staff members at the entrance chin wagging not good customer service at all I had to go right to the front off the store to ask one of them if they were working n did they have these trainers to which no they didn't so we went to the Victoria centre store where the staff actually work and are helpful not stood about talking
