Mike at Smartcaddy couldn't have been more helpful with regards to sorting me out a new Lithium battery for my trolley. My old battery had given up the ghost suddenly and I was in need of a battery forthwith and was teeing off at 11am. I told Mike of the situation and he put the battery on charge straight away which I picked up later.. This enabled me to play golf straight away. Top customer service that 👌... I can highly recommend.

Had my smart caddy remote control over a month now and I love it only one small gripe when turning it's either all or nothing, meaning it turns and works great but it's not very precise but with practice I have got used to it It was well packed and posted safely nothing damaged etc was kept informed by email when it was shipped and arrived 48hrs after I had ordered it All in all extremely happy with it all and everyone at the golf club keeps commenting on how cool it looks as it looks so much better than the motocaddy m7 and its £300 cheaper Brilliant product and big 👍👍 from me
